We’ve been seeing Dr. Jiang since our daughter was 2-month old. Dr. Jiang is the most experienced and responsible pediatrician. She always patiently answers questions and is the most responsive doctor we’ve ever seen. She provides the best care and treatment for our baby girl.

Dr Jing is the best pediatrician that we had ever met. She is very detail and patient in seeing her patient. Especially she can see adult allergenic problem, too. So, the whole family can see her at the same time in the Allergy season, which save us lots of time from going here and there. My daughter has eczema and food allergy and she could not sleep through the night because she was so itchy at night. She will scratch until she bleeds or wake up every 2 hours. She was miserable and tired. I went to my pediatrician who referred me to a dermatologist and an allergist. That dermatologist referred me to another pediatric dermatologist. The allergist I went to didn’t provide me with a solution and told me that she will eventually grow out of it. Pretty much none of the doctors helped my daughter and kept referring me out. After 21 months of sleepless nights, we were desperate for some help. My friend recommended Dr. Jiang. She was the only doctor that took her time to listen to our entire story. She was so patient and detailed. She taught us what we needed to do to help relieved her itchiness and had a treatment plan for my daughter. Less than one week after Dr. Jiang’s treatment plan, my daughter felt much better and she slept through the night. Did she heal her eczema? No. But she taught us how to control it and made my daughter comfortable enough to sleep through the night. Dr. Jiang also personally called me after 4 days of seeing her to see how my daughter was doing. You really don’t find doctors like her anymore. Very nice and details doctor, not like others. Asking very clear each issue how it happen and how long... very very detail. My son told me, he like ?? the way she asked the patient. She let the patient talk and share their issues with doctor, not doctor just coming take a look and guess only. We would strongly recommend ?? this doctor.

My daughter is 6 now. She’s been going to Dr. Chuling since she was 2. Dr. Chuling is very patience with kids and thorough with her practice. She is extremely experienced in what she does. My husband and I both like how she spent her time to figure out what’s wrong my daughter. She always find the right treatment for our girl. Best Allergist that we've seen. My husband and I both had severe allergy. We had seen many doctors, and not been helpful. Dr. Jiang is so patient and do so many easy tests to diagnosis our problems. We took the medication that she prescribed, it works great, i don't feel tiring the entire day. Definitely will recommend her to anyone who has allergy problem. Best Allergist that we've seen. We know Dr. Jiang when my older son was 2 and he is 18 now. Dr. Jiang treats her patients as her family. She cares about all her patients. She is the best and trust-able doctor.

I move to Texas about two years. I chose dr. Jiang to be my son’s pediatrician. She takes her time to see my son. Anything happens to my son, I call her regarding my son’s problem and she always call back to solve the issue

My family & I have been going to Dr. Jiang for years. She takes time to listen, explains results & answers all questions. I highly recommend Dr Jiang for adults & children, a great doctor. I have referred many patients to Dr. Jiang who think highly of her.

Dr. Jiang is an awesome physician. For example, just name a board certified immunologist and pediatrician, or any physician for that matter, who works Saturdays! I agree with Grace S. on Yelp reviews that Dr. Jiang has an amazing memory, furthermore she is brilliant! My entire family has been cared for by Dr. Jiang. And when I say "cared for" I mean that she truly CARES for you. For example, several times following significant office visits with family members, even after her full day of office visits and hospital rounds with patients, she has called us to follow up, making sure that the medication or treatment prescribed is working. Talk about dedication! Dr. Jiang is incredible!! She helped me on my struggle with severe hives. It was a painful and difficult condition. She took so much of her time to bring me back to health. She was available to answer questions and give me the best treatments as they changed along the way. I have referred many people to her. and they all love her. I would highly recommend!! Omg, I can't even begin to tell you enough of how thankful I am to have found her. She was referred to me by a family friend and I'm forever grateful. Dr. Jiang is truly an Angel, passionate about her work and truly cares about her patients. She is the only doctor I know that made herself available to her patients most hours of the day. Two thumbs up! It is the first time I write review for a doctor. Why not before? Because I always recommended Dr Jiang to friends in person whoever needed a Pediatrician or Allergy Specialist. Since more and more people google Doctor, I feel it will be beneficial to share my experiences. My two children switched to Dr Jiang over 5 years ago. Since then they were taken care well by Dr Jiang whenever they were sick. Symptoms were always treated accurately and they always recovered quickly. I wish Dr Jiang is not just a pediatrician because I wish my kids would be able to visit her even after they grow up! That is how Dr Jiang looks like as a Doctor in a loving father's eyes. Dr Jiang is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I met her 30 years ago when she saved my newborn son's life. She helped my other son's allergies and cured his asthma. Dr Jiang is the best doctor I have ever known! She has treated myself & all three of my children for the last 32 years with excellence, kindness and compassionate care. I trust her vast medical knowledge and experience. She truly cares for her patients! Her nurses & staff are quick to assist you with scheduling, insurance, refills and communication with Dr. Jiang. Her waiting & exam rooms are always clean & pleasant. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time yet I never feel rushed through my appointment. It's been awhile since I've seen Dr. Jiang, but she is very thorough in her diagnosis of the patient's issues. She also listens intently, and gives good advice. She has treated both me and my youngest son.

Dr. Jiang is amazing! The best doctor I have met in years. I'm a disabled vet and many doctors don't handle VA patients but she is a wonder and smart doctor. Very thorough! I had an amazing visit. If anyone has asthma or allergies or immune issues she is the best!!!

Dr. Jiang is great. She help my son's sinus infection which was mis-diagnosed by other doctors. My son had ear infection for more than two months and would keep relapsing. We were about to go for a surgical option, but Dr. Jiang's correct diagnose and choice of treatment help my son recover almost immediately. I strongly recommend Dr. Jiang.

I will share my experience with you if you are visiting this webpage. My son had a very small problem, only coughed about 5 minutes every night, and lasting 3 days before we visiting her. The first time we visited her, she was with nice smile, patience and big self-confidence although she closed her eyes and auscultated my son's breathe so hardly. 13 days later, my son can not sleep at all because of coughing and high fever after visiting her the second time for changing medicine. My son kept this status for 4 days (we called her and told the status during the 4 days, but she added a new medicine) and we visited her again the third time. She said the medicine maybe not suit our son, and the sequence of our taking medicine was wrong (she never told us sequence before at all) and gave us another medicine. She said if we toke medicine according to the sequence and use the new medicine was no use, then we need not visit her, she would change the medicine. The next day, we found a new pediatrician, she asked us to take an x-ray, she said my son was no asthma, no need the asthma medicine at all. X-ray result showed my son was pneumonia finally. Doctor Jiang gave us 14(first time)+45(second time) days medicine for asthma. This is my true experience which is our nightmare. Thanks God, my son is good now. As a Mom, I forgave what doctor Jiang done on my son, but I am still writing my experience here because I do not want any other kid has similar experience like us. This was perhaps one of the best experiences I have ever had with a pediatric doctor. We called at 3:45pm and they told us that they had a 4:15 available if we could make it. We did and we didn't feel rushed or "squeezed" in like at some drs. She was thorough with my son, who we discovered has asthma and allergies. She immediately got him a breathing treatment, steroids, and a lollipop. Since it was our first time at an allergist, she talked me through setting up the nebulizer, giving him nasal sprays, checking his breathing, etc. And yes, she does look at their boogers in a microscope, and let me look too! (not that I knew that I was looking at) She sat with us for over 30 minutes one on one to ask me questions and to make sure I understood the dosage of my son's new medication. She is also on call 24/7, so you can call her anytime if you have a question. It was almost like I was in a movie, it didn't seem real! Since when does anyone get that service from a doctor these days? We are very grateful for her help and kind advice. We had known Dr Jiang for 10 years and Dr Jiang had saved my daughter's life more than one time. I have never seen a doctor being so responsible. Every time after hours we needed her, she is there for us. Be it Weekends, Christmas holidays. She is so experienced knowledgable that she can tell the problem with a phone conversation and immediately give the right instruction. She does not make referral and leave us with the specialist but also follow up through the treatment of specialist. And give professional instructions as if it was her own kid. I selected her for my daughter's pediatrician because we moved to plano area last year. I visited her about three times, and then I knew I made a wrong decision, and my daughter needs a new pediatrician. @aweful offce environment there is no seperate waiting rooms for wellness and sickness, and adult and kids, whatever you are sick or well check up , stay together. @ unprofessional: we ever made an appointment with her, and arrived late about 5 minutes due to sever weather. you know what, she blamed my wife for something like why you brought your daughter to restroom not stay in waiting room , and I have lots of patients waiting for me and yelled at my daughter because she cried, but she never appologized to us for leting us waiting for over 30 minutes last time. @ unreasonable charge: you'd better be careful your credit card on file or medical bill she sent to you. I was charged before I received a medical bill and without my authorization. I asked her to stop doing that , and they are not happy. we ever visited her once at weekend, and she charged us for weekend appointment.it is rediculous, and the trick is that you cannot see it on your medical bill. I found it because one of her staffs printed out the details of my daughter's account. @ declined to renew patient's prescription I called her office and asked why, and the answer is because she think we are trying to find a new pediatrian. I told her that it is improper to act like that and I keep right to take action if she still refused to issue a new prescription. she did issue new prescrition and also send us a letter which said she will not be my daugher's pediatrican any more .... , unbelievable! I just doubt previous two comments on Google review, and not sure if they are real jiang's patients.
