He and his staff never gave up on me. Treated me like a family member and was so patient and caring . I had seven other doctors not know what to do, and were so disrespectful . Dr. Chima looked at me and listened to my case and now I am doing so much better. It's so comforting knowing that your health is in great hands. Without health, nothing else really matters

Taylor and Jennifer are the best nurses ever.

Staff was rude and unprofessional; Were not all wearing masks. Waiting area unclean. Wait time over an hour and a half, still was not seen. Complaint filed! Can't even describe it all, just ignorant and frustrating!

Dr. Chima is a very knowledgeable doctor who kept my now deceased mother, Annette Tyson, alive for years from a very bad infectious disease when she was here in Fayetteville. After moving to Charlotte, she passed away in 14 months. I only wish I would’ve kept her here in Fayetteville under Dr. Chima’s care.

They will not even examine you properly, tried to kick me out asap since they were busy.

It is amazing that this people have guts to request a good review after providing horrible crappy service. I’m looking for alternative provider, UNC or Wilmington but will not come here again.

Place is unkept and unclean

Dirty place and they call themselves infection specialist, I hope I have not catch anything from there. Not sure why cape fear refer us this place.

they forced my father to discharge from hospital, he is still not feeling well, i guess wee need another doctor.

Dr. Chima is amazing as well as his staff, continuously helpful with all questions and you can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. Always goes out of his way to ensure you receive the best care no matter how busy he is.

I thought for a health medical place it was very unsanitary no hand santazier for patients nothing a bad smell got inside walls and dirty had to take my husband in for a follow up from the hospital omg I could hardly wait to get him out before we caught something and of course next day I had a bug this place needs a upgrade

Don’t waste your time, I did not receive any help from them, my primary care doctor has better knowledge than them.

Since last year by being recommended from Cape Fear hospital, I have never seen him in person. His recommendations always thru someone else. The last straw that made me left his care was the fact I had an appointment at 1030, was there 30 min prior and finally got pulled into the back at 1220 and vitals taken, 30 min go by and he had yet to come in. I walked out and went to the front desk to tell them that this was unacceptable and disgraceful. I found a better ID doctor

Best office staff!!!

I waited for 2 hours to see doctor and end up seeing PA who sounds like just came out of school and has no idea whats going on with me, wasted my time.

I have been in pain for years, thought it was my limes from a tick bit years ago.at the infectious disease center the doctor had the nerve to tell me the pain was in my head. So I went to my Orth Ra pectic doctor and was telling him about all I was going through and about my visit I was in tears, he said let me run some test, well low and behold the came back positive for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I know my body and the pain was NEVER IN MY HEAD ....

He is a good doctor.
