I once loved this office!! I wouldn't bring my dog there now. They once had the best office staff now they have all of Dr. Chens family working there and they think it's OK to hang up on patients or their parents! I have never on offer 30 years been told I can't speak to a Dr or have a Dr call Mr back. They once cared about patients now it's all about billing!!

We love Dr. Chen and his entire staff. Dr. Chen and entire staff are always very friendly and professional! Dr. Chen has been my four children's pediatrician for over 20 years. Dr. Chen is always professional and compassionate. He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. My children trust Dr. Chen and feel comfortable to visit him every time. He’s the best ever! We love Dr. Chen and his entire staff. I am new to this practice. I have spoke to a receptionist on the phone a few times and she is lovely, professional, kind and considerate. Wish I knew her name to thank her as I always do when we speak. Today I spoke with a lady named Mary who from the start of our conversation was rude and abrupt and actually groaned a few times. I was seeking a referral and she acted like I had no right to ask for my son. Why be so ignorant and unprofessional. This is children’s healthcare if you cannot answer parents questions kindly maybe you should not be in this field. Really rude nurse who dont wanna help and then the nurse says it's not there problem after you ask them for help . Got no help just a round nurse yelling at my family like she gave up on here job and she is just yelling at everyone who was in the office . She needs to be fired

I can’t believe I went here when I was a child. People are not very helpful here, unprofessional and they definitely don’t want to help patients who no longer receive care there anymore. They refuse to send over doctor records. Even after my dad purchased then they still refused to send them over. They are breaking the law.

Funny how my children came to this clinic until adulthood and after my daughter turned 24 years old, now they are kicking her out. Jessica who works at the front desk, got angry at my daughter who was calling to ask for a refill on her script. Jessica told her she can’t get that done for her and that she can just go to another clinic if she can’t wait. She told her since she will turn 25 years old in a bit that she can find another doctor. My daughter told her she wants to speak to Dr. Yaffee and Jessica told her that she will leave him the message but that he won’t be calling her. Wow, this is such a great clinic huh? Insurance covers until the age of 26 and here they are desperately kicking her out. I advice others to quickly find another doctor once your children turn 18 or sooner. Being loyal here isn’t appreciated. I’m sure they got lots of $ from her insurance and this is the thank you they give us. Dr Chen has been seeing my family for over 20 years! He’s the best doctor and I hope I can one day bring my kids there.

The most dedicated pediatrician I’ve ever met and so caring to his patients. My son has been there since he was a baby and now in his 20’s still refuses to move onto a new practice for adults! Lol. Dr. Chen...much love and respect for you :)

He didn't tell us all we needed to know. Promoted treatment that he could do rather than referring to specialist.

I don't have a child, albeit I didn't know I needed one to call here (it's not listed as a pediatric care facility on Google). Nevertheless, the nurse was very helpful and informative over the phone, which completely bucks the trend for nurses in this area. Now, if only I can get those shots...
