Dr. Christy Ann Lorton

Receptionist Carol was rude and seems to not like her job. Sherri, the PA, was brief and talked over me when I was trying to share my concerns. The MA was short and had an attitude. It's a shame, I love Dr. Lorton but will never be back and will never recommend this office! I honestly couldn't get out of there soon enough!

I called today and spoke with Alison to ask for a prescription refill. She said she would check with the doctor. A few hours later, Alison called me back and said that the doctor will call it in for me. Now I ask you, how many offices call back to tell you the results of what the doctor will do? I don't know of any. I might add that all the staff is wonderful at this office and I can't say enough nice words about any of them. Dr. Lorton, her nurse, Catherine and the other staff are friendly, welcoming, calming and helpful. Now I will specifically name Alison, who has the best telephone voice ever and never showed one once of impatience of "one more thing to do" or unpleasantness. Thank you to all. I am so thankful I was referred to this practice. Oh, and by the way, I'm symptom free and feeling great. I called today and spoke with Alison to ask for a prescription refill. Dr Lorton is excellent in the work she does. She takes the time to explain everything. She listens and cares about her patients. All the staff I have had contact with also care and are there for you for any questions or concerns you may have. Thank You for the great service you provide!

Dr Lorton i ever had.She is very knowlidgible,and really listens to all your concerns.I couldn't ask for a better doctor if i tryed.

I have been a patient for about 10yrs. and she is the best. My care has been exemplary and words can't express my appreciation. I am constantly recommending Dr. Lorton to everyone in need of a great Doctor!
