Great Doctor so sad that he is gone from Encompass Medical group. If anyone found out where he is, would love to know.

I started seeing Dr Zielinski when he was with St Lukes off of Nall. He then moved and went to Encompass Medical group in Lee's Summit. He left that practice in October 2021, and Can't find out if he is still practicing medicine at all. Would appreciate if anyone knows if he is still in the medical field and what area of town. My husband and I really miss Dr. Zielinski. He used to be our primary care physician, but the corporate bosses who run our primary care facility made it very difficult to spend time with his patients. So he left, and because of the corporate non-compete restrictions, he now practices too far from our home. But if you live in or near Lee’s Summit, Dr. Zielinski just might be the right physician for you. He really listens to his patients and wants to spend time getting to know them—to treat the whole person. That is very rare these days, and the last time I felt like about a physician was back in the days when doctors still made house calls. My husband and I really miss Dr. Zielinski. If anyone ever finds out where Dr Zielinski went please share.. He was amazing and they terminated him

I was very happy with his care and he seemed to care. He was was especially helpful with the health of my wife. Resolved the problem of her being over medicated by her previous care giver. Please post if you find where he went.

I wish I knew where he went. He left Encompass so abruptly. I have had health issues for over 7 years and within a month of seeing him he was working for answers. I've seen so many doctors in the past that just brushed me off but he never did. I want to know where he is. I'd drive 100 miles to be able to see him. If anyone knows where he is, please tell me. Dr. Christopher Zielinski, DO where did you go!?! I am not a fan of doctors usually but he is my most favorite and most helpful doctor I have ever had. It took me a long time to find him and now he is gone. I had some issues for 3 yrs and other doctors didn’t care or didn’t even try to help and then I met Dr. Z and he fixed all of them. He is the best doctor I have ever had he truly cares about every person he sees I just found out that he is not at encompass on lees summit anymore my heart is broken ???? but I would do anything I can to find him, if I cant have him as my Dr again would hurt Dr Z you are amazing......

I found Dr. Zielinski, OD, to be just exactly what I wanted and needed in a doctor. He listened to what I said. He wasn't attempting to speed me up, get me out of the office as soon as possible. He was actually a compassionate, knowledgeable, well educated man that appeared to actually me with no medical knowledge. I was secure that I could trust him. I called today to set up an appointment with him, only to be told that he was no longer with the group. I was devastated! Have been on line in an attempt to locate him but had no luck.

My husband and I followed Dr Zielinski from Leawood KS to Lee’s Summit MO because we really liked him. My husband and I are both retired. My husband saw Dr Zielinski In January 2020 for his “regular annual well visit”. In August, We received the first billing “late” we were told due to Covid. The bill was for $232.00 for a “physical”. A “physical” was not performed. Knowing it was a billing error I contacted the main billing office. They were rude and they said they could not correct it I needed to contact Dr Zielinski directly. I tried, I talked to Teresa in billing in his office. She said no problem she would talk to Dr Zielinski to get it changed. She called me back the next day and said Dr Zielinski would not change it. I asked for Dr Zielinski to call me, as I was with my husband for his appointment so I knew what services were performed. She said she could not guarantee that he would call. He didn’t call, Instead: Dr Zielinski sent my husband and myself a certified letter saying he would no longer be our doctor and we were not allowed to see “any” other doctor in the “entire” encompass group. Medicare does not pay for “physicals” so you see if they code it as a physical they can collect a higher amount from the individual; more than what Medicare pays for an annual well visit. During a time of a medical crisis what kind of a doctor would treat a patient this way? We have found a new doctor with no problem. I would not trust this doctor to have your best medical interest in mind if he would do something like this on a billing mistake that they would not admit to. I see other reviews regarding billing so I believe this has not only happened to me but normal practice for them. Glad I found this out. We really need a doctor that cares about us. I started seeing Dr. Zielinski 3-4 years ago, I've been very happy with him. He *listens*, he's thoughtful about decisions and he's also funny (bonus!). I'll never see another doctor as long as he's around. A++

I've been seeing Dr. Zielinski for a couple of years now. He's really THE best. He listens well, asks questions and is thoughtful before coming to decisions. He never rushes me and that's really important to me.

He's the best!!! No bs, cuts to the point, Great advisor, along with a good sense of humor.

Great doctor! He is the first doctor that ordered a more comprehensive blood test for my physical. I would highly recommend him. He is very meticulous and will try different test until he finds the problem.

Dr. Zielenski changed my life, for the better. During our first visit, he identified healthcare issues by evaluating my lab results for the past 10 years. He identified and resolved issues that my prior doctors did not, but for which they enjoyed charging me $500/hour. I felt a change within 2 days (TWO days). In the healthcare of his patients, Dr. Zielenski is assertive & aggressive, quite willing & capable to think outside the box, while having the most pleasant, understanding, and empathetic bedside manner. Dr Zielinski was awesome. I loved the way he explained his thought processes when evaluating my problem. He was very thorough and informative. Would definitely recommend him. I really appreciated that he took time with me and wasn't trying to rush out.
