I had a checkup with Dr. Yarter in Spokane. Really great care, he got me my referrals to where I needed to go and even followed up with a letter about my blood work. He is very personable and an excellent physician.

First contact was as a visiting nurse at 3 a.m. Instead of a long wait and grumpy answer, Dr. Yarter returned my call within a minute and was kind and concerned. Both my husband and I switched doctors the next day. That was over 25 years ago. No regrets. Dr. Yarter is a great listener and a compassionate person. When my husband of 43 years passed away last fall it was a comfort to have him in my corner during the hospice months. His staff is, as you would expect, is along the same vein.
