I find Dr. Webb to be be very thorough and pleasant to talk to. I recommend him very much.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He is not my mother's regular doctor, but he was the on call doctor. She was experiencing some symptoms and got worried. He was extremely impatient and unconcerned and did not seem to even want to talk to her. Also, my mother is from a different country...can't help but wonder if that was a factor.

Is Dr. Webb no longer in practice? I have a friend who has seen Dr. Webb for several years, and my friend has been unable to reach him for a week. Has Dr. Webb retired? Where are his patients to go?

Dr. Webb is a caring physician who is not in a rush when he enters the exam room. OK, he mutters but so what. He also will engage in chat about non-medical issues. Getting him on the phone is difficult but if you know the drill he will help you get prescriptions and advice - call the main number and ask for his nurse, leave a message and be patient.

I have beem a patient of Dr. Webb for many years. I have never felt rushed. I trust him and the staff. they are the greatest. They are there when you need them.

This place is horrible!!! 2 separate times I tried to get my doctor or the nurses office to call me back. I ended up basically having to diagnose myself and go to a doc in the box. I will be making trips to Charlottesville 60 plus miles away because I simply don't trust doctors who work under Carillon ANYMORE. I will literally die before I step foot in this place. I wouldn't recommend this doctor nor his nurses or office to my worst enemy. They NEVER call you back and in my experience it's been 2 times. I've literally had to diagnose myself. Dr. Webb has talked about retiring for years. PLEASE DO!! You and your practice are NOT fit to be running. You will kill somebody.
