Dr. W is a great physician, the office staff has a lot to be desired. Will not return calls from pharmacies for refills. I have left up to 5 voicemail messages for time sensitive refills and nothing. You will RARELY get ahold of a physical employee, ALWAYS need to leave a messages. Now if you call the billing department regarding payment, they are 'Johnny on the spot'. Between no return calls, only receiving text messages regarding scheduled PET scans with absolutely no PHONE CALL or OFFICE VISIT to explain what was found on an initial CT scan & THEN to top it off, maintenance medicines not being signed off & ordered until the very last minute before closing (which we were also told that someone would call us back 10 minutes before 12 noon) this office is like dealing with the IRS. Front desk staff will lie to your face. The Dr. is apparently preoccupied with everything but what's going on his office. The most none caring doctor I've ever been to. Do not recommend.

Listen Dr.Waguespack is sooooo amazing he Listens to his patients and he treats you with great dignity and very good side bed manners a wonderful great since of humor that helps out a lot!!! Love all my visits with My Dr.

My daughter and I see Dr. Waguespack. We love him. He has gone over and beyond the call of duty to help us. We are so thankful for him. We've had so many medical issues that he's helped us get treated and with the right specialists. He is awesome!

My elderly parents both use this doctor and they both have serious medical conditions. You must go through his office for everything. He has no one on call when he is not in the office and provides no emergency numbers. His solution - go to the emergency room. This is horrible advice during the Covid epidemic. It takes numerous calls to refill prescriptions. His staff is rude and their standard answer is “we gave him the message”. For your health, safety and sanity, do not use him!

Dr. Waguespack is the rudest doctor I've ever encountered. He spends his time in the exam room with his head down, looking at the computer, looking up only when he has something negative to say. He is disparaging and insulting. I would go without medical care before I saw him again.

Awful physician and staff. If you are a patient and need a RX refill don't leave a message on the refill line. Select option 2 and even then your chances of getting to him with your request are slim and none. Any of the doc in a box locations in town beats going here. I'm looking for a new Dr tomorrow.

Dr. Waguespack is extremely rude. He will tell you to call the office for medication refills and when you do, you're told to make an appointment and then get berated for being a drug addict. The doctor spends all of his time with his face in his computer and appears to have to look up anything you tell him. It's all about the copays there and don't ever expect a callback with test results. It doesn't happen. Ever.

He is not interested in you, as a human being. He is very lazy and wouldn't even look at my husband's chart to see if he had taken a specific medicine.

Very thorough..sincere...and compassionate.... His sense of humor helps a great deal too.... Awesome doctor!!

Great Doctor with a great sense of humor

Excellent doctor. Kind & thoughtful, on top of what's going on in the advances in medicine. Easygoing & friendly.

He actually allows you to be a part of your health care team.....listens to what you have to say; very rare. I like him very much. Mrs. Robert Mullins

Prescribes uppers and downers (Phentermine & Ativan) like there isn't anything else to write for.

My husband and I both see Dr. Waguespackk and really like him. He is knowledgeable and actually listens. His staff is great as well with the exception of the front desk staff. They are rude and will argue at the drop of a hat. They show no compassion whatsoever. If you have any kind of testing done, save yourself the wait and call them first because you won't hear from them with the results.

Dr. Waguespack himself is amazing. Great doctor who really cares about his patient's. He will listen to everything that you need to tell him and diagnose accordingly. His staff on the other hand is awful. You are guaranteed to get in a dispute with a receptionist about something at some point. If you need a prescription refill do not expect to hear back for a week. Your best bet is to pay your copay for a walk-in visit. I would love it if his staff were all as caring and concerned as him.

It has taken me years to find a GP who listens to me and actually cares about ny issues. He is personable, takes extra time to talk with me and make sure all of my issues are adequately addressed, and doesn't hesitate to do extra research when needed. The staff at his office are consistently friendly and helpful as well.
