Dr. Christopher John Tuohy

Dr. Tuohy really cares about his patients. I believe he goes above and beyond. The 1st time I met him I thought he was very intimidating, but after seeing him a few times after surgery I changed my mind about him. He is a really good Doctor!

He is very arrogant and placed himself above my needs. I asked for surgery to be done on a certain time because of events in my life I had coming up. He didn’t care and scheduled a surgery for this week. He belittled me and made me feel like my opinion or wants don’t matter.

I had the exact experience as Susan except the crying. He told me that he fixed my shoulder. But after another MRI found to be a failure. He was the most arrogant Dr I have ever seen.

Dr. Tuohy was a miracle worker for me. I broke the ball off my humerus and broke all 4 rotator cuff attachments. He was always very clear in his explanations, answered my questions, including a phone call. He followed through with me throughout my recovery. Dr. Tuohy is honest, sincere, professional and extremely skilled as a surgeon. Bottom line - Dr Tuohy earned my trust, and I would refer him to anyone.

I came here excited to have a great surgeon and hopefully answers. Unfortunately, I found a doctor who was not interested in helping me. He was all about the insurance company. Another workers comp hack. I found he was not only rude to me but to his students as well. The surgery he did failed. I felt he never believed in me. He actually laughed as I cried over the failed surgery. Bedside manner of a troll. The office and other staff were great!

I recently broke my wrist trying to ride a hover board. I was referred to Dr. Tuohy by a friend. He was very thorough, polite and professional. My wrist surgery was successful and I actually felt better once the block wore off, than I had felt since I broke my wrist a week earlier. I would recommend him to anyone.
