I found Dr. Tsoi to be verbally abusive and uncaring. He should NOT be practicing on women with cancer! Ladies, you can do much better! Now, almost 2 years later, I will have a revision due to his lack of follow-up care. UCHealth doesn't care any more than he does about his patients.

If you have breast cancer, you can do better than Dr. Tsoi. He became angry when I asked questions about what he did during 1st stage and dropped me before he completed 2nd stage. No one should be treated so poorly.

My little guy had some reconstructive surgery on his ear and Dr. Tsoi from the start was very personable and all about making my little guy feel important and all about him, while speaking to all of us about the procedure and step by step on everything that would take place - AMAZING care and after care ....

A wonderful person and great doctor and staff. Dr. Tsoi has operated on my daughter several times due to bilateral cleft issues. Our other doctors have comment on how wonderful his work has been for us! And we know how much he had done for us. We are a fan.

I broke my nose in two places when I face planted on a public sidewalk due to my dog lunging at another dog. My PCP referred me to Dr Tsoi. He analyzed the breaks, and, after 6 months wait, performed surgery on my nose. At the first post-op visit, I pointed out that my nose had a very noticeable “bump” on the bridge. Dr Tsoi said it would “go away”. At the 2nd post-op visit, he told me once again, that the bump would “go away”. Today, 2 years later, the bump not only remains, but a portion of it has sunken, leaving me with two ridges on the bridge of my nose. I would be very hesitant about going to Dr. Tsoi if you are a breast cancer patient. I saw Dr Tsoi for a consultation for a second breast cancer. I expressed how important it was to me that he do a nipple sparing mastectomy. But, because I had underwent a prior surgery on that same breast he said it could not be done. What upset me that day is that I asked if he would at least give it a try to save my nipple and yet he refused. He was quite harsh saying some hurtful and unnecessary words to me at a time when I was feeling very vulnerable from my recent diagnosis. I am generally a very strong woman and do not cry often, but that day I left his office in tears. After giving a lot of thought, I decided to go to a different plastic surgeon. The doctor I ended up going to is excellent with breast cancer patients. He gave me his word he would do all he could to save my nipple. I was so pleased to wake up from that surgery to learn that I still had my nipple. It’s now been a little over a year and every time I think of Dr. Tsoi, I feel upset. Had I settled with him I would have lost my nipple, something that was very important to me. I think of other breast cancer patients and hope the same has not happened to them. Do not settle. If he (or any other physician) will not even try as in a situation such as this, do not settle! Get a second opinion. Check reviews. Do your due diligence. That is what I did and I am so happy I sought treatment elsewhere, even though in Denver and further from home. Dr. Taoi is a very detailed oriented surgeon who had multiple back plans for my reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Tsoi removed a complex cyst on my daughter's face last year. He is compassionate and highly skilled. A previous surgeon was unsuccessful and we were hesitant to repeat an operation. However we are so glad we had a successful procedure thanks to Dr. Tsoi and Harmony surgery center. Thank you!

Dr. Tsoi is not only an Excellent surgeon he is also Great person and I'm fortunate to have him as my surgeon. After finding out I had Melanoma Cancer I was referred to Dr. Tsoi by the University of Colorado Health for surgery. Dr Tsoi literally saved my life. He is not only a GREAT surgeon but also a Real human being with feelings and cares about his patients. I would honestly refer him to anyone I know, both family and friends with confidence. Wonderful treatment and care and concern.

I was very blessed to have Dr. Boustred and his assistant Amanda Lee on my team this past year with breast cancer and reconstruction. They taught and prepared me well for all I and my family could anticipate. Every appointment was full of Happiness and Optimism. Their knowledge always put me at ease! Excellent care and staff - Very personable and knows what he is doing.

Dr. Tsoi has been amazing in helping me through my breast cancer mastectomy and reconstruction. He truly seems to care about my health and every suggestion he has made is obviously due to his huge frame of reference and incredible understanding of his field. He has a great sense of humor and has willingly worked closely with my oncologist. His staff is also excellent and so friendly every single visit. You will know you are in good hands if you choose this doctor. People rave about him!

Excellent staff and Doctor's - They worked very hard to make sure I understood my options and worked with my insurance company to make sure that everything was handled and billed correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any kind of cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.
