Dr Tiu was very friendly and informative. He actually takes the time to make sure you understand everything, very good bedside manner.

Over a month ago I was out of town visiting family in OHIO. My son was just at an ENT in Illinois prior to us coming to the Valley. He had his ears cleaned and checked. Little did I know that I would need to find an ENT ASAP while on vacation. My sister recommend that I call Tiu ENT. I was so very lucky to get in the last appointment of the day with Dr. Christopher Tiu. My son was treated right away and he was given a thorough exam. My son has been through a lot of Dr. appointments for ear infections and not once had he had an exam such as great as this one. I was so pleased and impressed with the care and explanation of the appointment and the facility was TOP NOTCH and clean. THANKS so much Dr Tiu and assistant. THIS was a GREAT experience. I highly recommend this ENT to all.

Great overall experience from front office staff, nurses and Dr Chris. Explained everything thoroughly including treatment options. Office is brand new and spotless, adheres to all covid cleaning protocols.

Excellent, after the endoscopic view of nasal passages, Dr. Tiu found the problem that had developed over the past several years. I'm now proceeding with the nasal surgery.

I was sent to an ENT for a chronic itchy ear. After seeing Christopher Tiu, (waited 45 min in the waiting room and another 45 min once i was taken back until I went in the lobby to tell them i cant wait any longer and to reschedule me). I was told I had eczema of the ear (ignored) and then had what I thought was a normal office visit "procedure" done to then tell me I had something unknown up my nose. Wanted to send me for allergy testing and went for a hearing test. Asked to do a culture of my ear and was told it wasnt necessary. $700.00 later I went to UPMC for a second opinion. I was diagnosed with a BAD staph infection in my ear. I have been through 2 extreme antibiotics and drops to try and get this cleared up. To say I am frustrated with how this Dr. treated my condition is an understatement. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Not at all thorough. He quickly looked at my CT and said, " Nothing is wrong." What a wasted time and money! I have since been rushed to two different hospitals for breathing problems. Will never return! BEWARE!!!! I wished it were possible to give this young doctor zero stars.
