This review is long overdue. He is an amazing Podiatrist and a wonderful and kind person. He listens to you and explains everything thoroughly. I did flat foot surgery. The surgery was successful but recovery took about more than a year. My pain is much better than before. I am so grateful to him.

If I could rate 1 star I would. I thought with having a five star facility this office would be more professional. I scheduled my daughter an appointment, gave her information and had my husband take the day off to take her. I even called 13 minutes prior to them arriving at the office to inform the office they might be late finding the place. The lady over the phone was polite but did not specify the office my daughter was to be seen in. They went to Murrieta and were supposed to be in Temecula. Thankfully the other location wasn’t far. Upon arrival at the Temecula office they were checked in and taken to the back. Only afterwards when Dr. Chin saw my daughter for 5 minutes and then left did they inform my husband that he owed 269.00 from an obese medical assistant with blue green hair and a lame pizza tattoo who was outright rude and kept reiterating the same words to my husband .. “Do you understand?” As if there was an issue with communication to began with. The doctor was also smug and unprofessional. I will definitely be calling my insurance company tomorrow to file a complaint. I hope this office sees this comment and learns to do better in their own office with patient care. What a sad pathetic office. If I could rate 1 star I would. Dr. Christopher Shin is the best podiatrist ever. After 2 other surgeries I was leery of going under the knife again and heard from another doctor that what I needed was going to be painful and difficult. Went to Dr. Shin for another opinion and he explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, drew pictures of what I didn't understand, and we scheduled surgery. Oh my goodness! Almost no pain and I'm talkin' breakin' bones, pin, screw, etc. And this from the biggest baby ever. He's wonderful. Can't wait to walk without pain again! Love love Dr Shin ... 1st. Visit for aching ankle pain that comes and goes. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain to me what is going on. Dr Shin is just awesome and made me feel very much at ease. Highly recommend him.

If I could give Dr. Shin 100 stars, I would. He is a knowledgeable, professional and kind doctor who recently removed two bunions and straightened five (hammer) toes on my left foot. He explained the entire procedure thoroughly including what to expect during the recovery period. Dr. Shin patiently answered all questions without rushing. He is personable and has a friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Shin is an exceptionally outstanding doctor of podiatry who I highly recommend. If I could give Dr. Shin 100 stars, I would. Dr. Christopher Shin is a Godsend! I have been seeing other podiatrists due to a foot injury sustained in 2017 and was a new patient to Dr. Shin. He spent time well above the norm to discuss by symptoms and previous treatments; and after doing so, he gave me new insights, treatment options and gave me hope!

Dr. Shin is highly educated and thorough in his practice . I feel very comfortable with his staff and have had great results with the treatments he has provided!
