Staff is slow to respond. Took 2 hrs to be seen. Another 40 mins to get the labs needed.

I had no issues going to this doctor. Yes front desk are very strict on the appointment time we were 5 min early and they had to check if we can get in that day , so make sure to arrive early that's all . Dr Rhee himself was good , I felt like he did give us a lot of attention and I asked a lot of questions, I didn't feel rushed and he made the suggestion and ordered a labs. Ok visit overall. The staff was so rude to me and my family they didnt want to take me and my son in after bieng 2 mins late!!! Never coming back

Dr. Rhee give off false information he talked about my sons weight he said some numbers then he changed and said some other numbers not coming back.

Him and his staff where rude when i walked into the build all off his staff where not working they where on there phones laughing until they noticed me then they stoped also dr rhee was very rude to me and my child do not recommend this place

At first the staff were nice but after we came late 5 mins to my sons appointment they were very rude that we came late and they didnt want us to make another appointment never bringing my son back here ever again

If I could, I would rate the whole office 0 stars. I DON'T recommend going here. They are rude & unprofessional. The worst experience I've ever had. My baby girl is 6 mths old, we’ve had many issues & a long journey since she was born. She has a heart disease: truncus arteriosus. She was bottle fed with my breastmilk for a month & 1/2 in the hospital, until she started bleeding in her stool. Dr. Rhee saw her in the hospital & put her on Elecare formula. Since then she has spit up a lot of her feeds EVERY feed throughout 2-3 hours till when she's due to eat again. Bad reflux, arching her back, crying and fussy...etc. She spits up everytime she’s put in the car seat & has choked in the car while I was on the freeway, had to pull over, hop in the back, pull her out...SCARY. Well, long story short since there’s no room on here... he refused to see my baby again. Go on “ y e l p “ to see my whole review, there’s not enough room on here. But I don’t recommend them.

I didn’t even want to give a star for Dr. Rhee and his staff. Today my daughter had an appointment for following up with Dr. Rhee at 3:00pm and I took her out an hour early from school. At 2:45pm before the appointment I called his office and talked to the staff to let them know that we might be a little late due to big traffic on desert inn and paradise for Sema conventions show, finally we arrived at the office and signed in at 3:07pm. My daughter and I sat down for 10 minutes then the staff called me to the window and told me that Dr. Rhee won’t be able to see my daughter because we were late. I was very upset when she told me that, I told her that I called 15 minutes before the appointment to let u and Dr. know that we might be a little bit late. Really 7 minutes late and Dr. Rhee could not have time to see my daughter after been waiting for the appointment for 3 months? And is it ok for us to wait Dr. Rhee for an hour from last visit? I wouldn’t bring my daughter back to see him and I don’t feel like he cares about his patients. I didn’t even want to give a star for Dr. Rhee and his staff. I will NOT be going back! Booked 6 weeks out, was able to get a cancelled appointment which I took. Mind you, I live 4 hours away from this office so it's not an easy feat to get there. They have a 30 min "MUST BE HERE BEFORE YOUR APPT OR IT WILL BE CANCELLED" thing so I thought we will be seen on time. WRONG! It was an hour late, I fed my son who then fell asleep because we were waiting so long. So Dr. Rhee comes in, touches his belly once for about 3 seconds, then proceeds to tell me that I need to stop breast feeding and this magical formula (which is HORRIBLY bitter and I didn't realize that) was to cure all his problems. No labs, no stool tests, didn't even look at the stool I brought in, just take this formula and be gone. So I asked for stomach drops to help his pain, he said he would call it in- NEVER DID! Now since the formula is so nasty bitter (they make flavored stuff to put in it, had no idea!) he won't even touch a bottle and sometimes confuses his pacifier for a bottle and won't take it either! Did not care about my son or getting to the root of the problem, just follow up in 2 months. No! I will never follow up with him or his office again! I will NOT be going back! horrible office staff . and the doctor doesn't seem to care about his patient progressing . he goes around in circles when i ask questions, sometimes i never get the answer.

This office is horrible! Very disorganized, out for themselves, and they do not care about the patients. Very disturbing, considering this is a children's doctor. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to follow through on even the simplest of requests. I recommend not even scheduling an appt. My sons pediatrician gave us a referral so I expected professionalism but I guess that's overrated. We had an appt schedule three months ahead of time. I got the dated confused and they didn't even have the courtesy to give us a reminder call not even a text. Now the next available isn't until March. The women I spoke to on the phone was very rude so I guess it was for the best to begin with. Very disappointed. I just hung up. Now I'm looking for a different pediatrician and a new referral. I have a really hard time giving this review BUT the staff is horrible. When the staff's job is to get lab work done and get prescriptions order and you are not doing your job this greatly affects the child's health. My son was in a full blown Crohn's flare, losing weight FAST and turning yellow and they delayed his receiving his medication. I had to babysit them constantly. They also delayed sending lab orders in until I would call, they delayed sending me lab results until I would call. I finally spoke with the office manager who claimed "this has never happened before" which does not help in any way shape or form. It just made me feel singled out. Follow-ups to test results were scheduled 2 months AFTER the tests were done. A lot can change in 2 months therefore, those test results could be invalid by the time you get with the doctor to discuss them. We have found a new doctor and in 2 visits (1 month) we have accomplished so much more than in the 6 months with pediatric gastroenterology & nutrition associates. Also, since my son has changed doctors I have had to call them to request a billing code for labs (my insurance stated the code was incorrect for his diagnosis) I have called and sent faxes requesting the resend it to Quest since January, and have received no response. I called again today with Quest on the line and they hung up on me. I have never been rude when I called. Even after all that has gone on there is absolutely NO reason for them to treat me this way. The quest rep was nice enough to put me on hold and call them back. The finally gave her the information but she said she even had a struggle with them. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. The staff is horrible. In addition to numerous delays, including my son receiving his medication. I have had to call them to request a billing code for labs (the code was incorrect for his diagnosis) I have called & sent faxes numerous times requesting they resend it to Quest since January, & have received no response. I called again today with Quest on the line and they hung up on me. I have never been rude when I called. There is absolutely NO reason for such unprofessional behavior.

I was hesitant to bring my daughter to Dr. Ree after looking at his reviews, but after 2 visits, I realized that only disgruntled people even leave a review. He is NOT unprofessional at all. In fact, he is very well-informed and caring. If not for his expertise and interest in helping, we'd still be suffering. Instead, Kaylie is now doing so much better and is back in school. Don't read reviews - except this one! It was a little difficult getting to him, but I am forever grateful, nonetheless.

The lowest grade of professionalism I have ever encountered in a physician!!!

Dr. Rhee took his time and listened to all my concerns and was ultimately able to pinpoint exactly what was going on with my sons GI issues!
