I work in a personal care home and one of my residents was a patient of Dr. Putney. I sent him a fax asking for an order to collect a urine specimen because my resident had a UTI. She was suffering. It took Putney 1.5 weeks to respond. I faxed the order twice and called twice. I also sent him a fax to test my resownt for COVID and after a week and three phone s to the office, he finally responded. In my opinion, this is neglect. I know for a fact he was in the office but he didn't bother to respond. This is insane to me and I would never recommend this doctor.
