Dr. Christopher Thomas Powell

While the service is good when you are there, they seem to be never open and hard to contact anyone on their phone lines. They messed up billing my insurance twice and took weeks to resolve because of this communication issue.

Dr Powell and his team were super nice, make you feel comfortable. I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed but they didn't make you feel that way.

Dr. Powell and his team are extremely friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They take care of your oral needs with a minimal amount of pain and professionally advise you of what your basic needs are saving you money.

Everything went perfectly. I had a tooth that needed pulled and they were able to fit me in when someone canceled. The staff was very kind and Dr. Powell was excellent. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. Very little pain. Plus I love his sense of humor. Overall a good experience.

My husband is the actual patient. It went smoothly and quickly. No pain. He also said it was like a comedy act. It makes a dreaded situation pleasant.

If you live in K3 county this is the oral surgery group to use. Dr Powell is real smooth pulling a tooth. He is also funny. We were talking upstate NY where he is originally from. He is also in network for delta dental insurance. I have been to both oral surgery groups in Bourbonnais. This one Dr. Powell blows away the women at the other. Highly recommend. Best care I ever received. My appointment was at 1:30 I was out at 2:00. I got an X-ray and a wisdom tooth Extraction. Very professional.

Do not even consider using this surgeon as he went against my dentist written order and pulled the wrong tooth. I now need 2 implants and before only needed a bridge. It will cost me 5 k out of pocket and he will not stand behind a written promise I made him provide that he would cover the cost of his admitted mistake. He mutilated my mouth and now will not fix it.
