Dr. Peterson is great to work with. He is always personable and professional. Office staff I cannot say the same for.

Dr. Peterson is an amazing Doctor and everyone loves him. He is compassionate, a good listener, and definitely goes above and beyond in patient care. That being said, His office staff is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with both personally and professionally, however. My husband, friends and several clients see him and they all have negative experiences to share about the staff and how things have been handled. The communication is horrible. They don't call with results, don't return calls from voicemail, there are referral issues, refill issues, incorrect chart information that you have to repeatedly ask them to correct, etc. There is a very poor quality of care happening due to so many things slipping through the cracks at this office. There are always excuses and justification but no follow through or improvement and I have been with him for years. Additionally, the wait times to get an appointment have increased substantially. If you are sick, you better go to urgent care because you will be waiting 2-3 weeks for an appointment. Dr. Peterson is an amazing Doctor and everyone loves him. I recently accompanied my elderly mother to her appointment with Dr. Peterson. He is so very nice and caring. He sits down takes time to talk and care about his patients health. I cannot say enough great things about him!

Dr. Christopher Peterson is a great patient advocate, always professional and courteous. He carefully listens and provides great care and follow through.

I have had several appointments with Dr. Peterson at his San Angelo office. He has provided excellent care and is very easy to talk to. He doesn’t rush in and out and shows concern. He makes you feel comfortable discussing issues and that is appreciated. His staff has also provided quality care as well. I give 5 stars to all. I say thank you to Dr. Peterson and his staff.
