Came in for a ear issue and to ask about meds, seen a girl who was more interested in my deviated septum I’ve had for years that she insisted I get looked at (which I have multiple times) she ended with telling me she wanted a scan and she never explained why I needed a cat scan of my head. I reluctantly scheduled it and even asked again why I need it and had no answer. I canceled my scan that day due to anxiety and not knowing why they were doing this, called twice to the office and the lady said to come in and decline the scan but why would I even come in then? so I canceled and they booted me from being a patient. Wish I never would have gone here to begin with and looking back it seems they just wanted to do unnecessary testing because I spoke to office today and they still weren’t giving me a answer on why I needed a scan.

Everyone here is very friendly and make you feel comfortable for what you are there for. The wait wasn’t too long either.

Office staff very friendly. Dr Perry was also very nice & knowledgeable. . He listened to me, examined me, and I finally was given a diagnosis. YAY!!!, I have had this problem for many years. I have seen several other doc's about it but, I was never given a definitive dx. and the meds that I was given in the past either didn't help or only helped very little. This condition I've been dx with actually needs surgery to correct the problem. Although it sounds a bit crazy, I really can't wait to have it! Thank you Dr Perry!!!

Awful, came in for a ear vessel that was broken and they were obsessed with finding something else wrong and ordered cat scans and when I asked why to everyone they didn’t have a answer so I canceled my appointment and they dropped me as a client and when I called and asked why and why I needed the cat scan, they STILL didn’t know.

Great bedside manor, knowledgeable in field, and very prompt appointment with follow-up visit after tests.

My first visit went well, they seemed to have diagnosed my issue. Now on to correcting it.

He did my 4 yr old daughter tubes and he did a great job. She's feeling better already. Thank you

Dr. Perry did an excellent job and was very professional. Had sinoplasty performed and can breathe like never before. Highly recommend!

Dr.Perry did my two-year-old sons tubes. Everything was explained and the procedure was quick! Everyone was super friendly and they even had a little stuffed llama with a hairnet waiting on his bed. All of the staff were understanding and tried to be helpful while he was upset after the surgery. I would recommend their facility to anyone especially for children.

This was the first time we ever visited this office. We were so happy with the care, patience and knowledge of the staff. I'm so happy we found them!

Staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Dr. Perry was very thorough and explained everything. I'm happy I found him and his office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perry for over 10 years and have received extraordinary care from him and his associates including surgical procedures all the way through regular office visits.

Dr. Perry of Toledo Clinic ENT's is just amazing. The first time I went in to see him I couldn't hear out of my left ear. He told me he was gonna have to bust my eardrum and drain the fluid, it hurt so bad, but Dr Perry explained everything to me before he did it so I would understand what was going to be happening. He had to place a tube in that ear, put me on some meds, the hearing test showed improvement although I can't really hear any, but we are staying optimistic. I would most definitely recommend anyone that needs an ENT to go see Dr Perry, he really is the greatest and I am so thankful I got him as my Dr. Dr. Perry of Toledo Clinic ENT's is just amazing. I had 2appointments and never saw him, only a Np.

They diagnosed a problem that other doctors ignored for years, as well as getting me on immunotherapy. They're super nice too

They are on top of everything I have gone for over 10 ents in the last 15 years they are the only ones that were able to take the time to listen and help they are amazing

Dr. Perry was very cordial and professional, as was his staff. He was able to cauterize my son’s nose and end years of nosebleeds.

Everyone in the office are very efficient. Dr. Perry explains things in very detail of whatever your medical need is. I would recommend this office to anyone I know that needs an ENT.

Professional staff and Doctor! They made me feel comfortable! The office and examination room was very clean!

I was referred to Dr Perry by my Rheumatologist for sinus issues. I was treated with respect and kindness from him and his staff! Dr Perry ordered a CT scan in his office, which his staff obtained approval for from my insurance company at the time of my visit. The issue is not in my sinuses, but with my nose. I have been to 2 other ENT doctors in the past 8 years for the same issue and was told there is nothing wrong with my sinuses or my nose. Dr Perry also ordered some blood test and the office staff called me with results in a very timely manner. I can't say enough of how grateful I am that I was referred to Dr Perry's office! My first appointment I misread the time and was late. Two days later I got slapped with a fifty dollar fee. I scheduled a appointment to have a ear cyst excision. They were confused about pre operation testing. They sent me to the appointment only to find I didn’t need to be there. Then the surgery. I wasn’t told about any potential side effects. Two days later I’m in excruciating pain nausea and vomiting. Called the office spoke with the medical assistant. She could tell I was upset. Her last remark to me was have a wonderful day. They minimized my symptoms and told me to go to the emergency room. I will not be returning to that office. Some of the other reviews are very negative. I had a procedure done by Dr Perry. I was not told the possible risks and complications. Two days after the surgery I am dizzy, nauseated, and in extreme pain. I was told to go to the emergency room. I’m a retired RN. They did not question me about a possible infection. Take the time to do your job. Dr. Perry’s attitude has leached into the staff. The medical assistant told me to have a wonderful day! I do not recommend this doctor.

I would NEVER recommend Jana the nurse practitioner! I had been experiencing voice loss, SOB, and sore throat for months, and came here seeking a diagnosis. After scoping my throat I was told I needed a CT of my neck & chest to look for a mass, because my left vocal cord was "paralyzed". Two expensive tests- that was all I was told. I spent weeks full of fear and anxiety before seeking a 2nd opinion. After one visit to a different ENT, and scope of my throat, I had a diagnosis! I had surgery the next week to remove the huge polyp on my right vocal cord that was covering my larynx , which was causing the SOB. My left vocal cord was NOT paralyzed, but instead had a much smaller polyp on it! Jana NEVER discussed seeing polyps. I have healed and all symptoms are gone thankfully. When I called the office to complain about the $150 charge for the scope, the manager was very rude and stated the polyp info was included online in Toledo Clinic Patient Portal. ( Which I was also not told about). WHY was it not discussed with me at the appt? I was instead told to get two expensive tests and left with no answers. I felt the charge should be removed considering I received no diagnosis and terrible care. Thank God I sought a 2nd opinion with a qualified ENT. I would NEVER recommend Jana the nurse practitioner! I had a horrible experience with doctor perry and his staff. I would never EVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!

Dr perry doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’ll see you just for the money and send you home with no help or worse than when you came in. Terrible doctor Do not recommend.

In my opinion there is no integrity behind any of the 1 star ratings. In my many experiences, I have consistently had a professional and enjoyable experience. Staff are kind and efficient and Dr. Perry is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his practice. I recommend Dr. Perry with no reservations.

First of all Dr Perry should be rated much higher then just 5 stars. He is very professional and a very caring physician. He explains everything throughly to you. this is the first physician I can honestly sayI have full Trust in. I Tend to be very anxious and he works with me on that issue also so I can get the necessary treatment I need He is very patient with me and I thank him for that I feel blessed that You have came into my life. And I can’t forget to mention his awesome staff he has working with him . All around great doctor great great staff great experience.

He’s just there to make money and doesn’t care about his patients. Don’t go to him!

Nurse practionar has no clue what she is doing, I wouldn’t recommend bringing kids to this doctor office. Wasted over two hours to leave with no answers.

My experience with Dr Perry and his staff was excellent! He fixed my deviated septum and I had very little pain with this surgery. His staff is always friendly and helpful.

Terrible dr. Please stay away from him he will do surgery when not needed and will leave ya paying for something that was not even the correct procedure.

Dear Dr.Perry, sorry to say but this was one of the worse experiences i have ever gone through with corrective surgery! I think you and your staff are great professionals, but unfortunately this was not a good procedure for me. After going through almost 4 months of recovery my sinuses are 3 times worse, my wife actually doesn't want me to sleep in the room with her anymore , my nose and throat still are numb and my front teeth still ache. My sleep apnea is worse, i really can't breath when i sleep now or while im awake and i gained more weight even though my eating habits are the same as they were before i had the procedure. I still exercise daily also. I have to use more nasal spray and sinus medication than ever, and to top it all off i have to pay for the misery im in. I had problems with my ear for over a month. I was excited to finally get some relief but I went to the wrong place for that. Dr. Perry stated "for the sake of your time and mine go home and put some peroxide in your ear". I explained to him that i tried that already and it didn't work. He seemed mad that he had to help me. Finally he put peroxide in my ear and they tried to suck out the contents. This was very painful. When he was done my ear hurt worse and i had no relief. Extremely disappointed in the lack of care and lack of compassion I recieved. I hope he does not treat all his patients in the same manner. I went home and continually put peroxide in my ear and finally the content came out of my ear and whick allowed me to hear again. I had problems with my ear for over a month. Dr Perry is not the Dr for me!! Went to him for sinus surgery. Somehow I got an extra hole in my nose due to this surgery. told me i'll be breathing better and ears will be better also. Not the case here.Went back for a checkup after surgery was told i have 3 holes in my nostral and that it was infected. Gave me antibotics never needed to see me after. Paid big money and still after a yr am experiencing more nastal issues. Need an ent again but it wont be dr perry this time. I scheduled with Dr Jenkins first but after he was terminated I got stuck with perry. Met him last minute and nice assuring guy but not the best Dr in my book. Thank you. Dr. Perry saw me the same week he received my referral which was great; there was a cancellation so I was lucky. I had multiple issues that needed to be addressed and Dr. Perry discussed each one in depth and gave me his undivided attention. My medical diagnosis is somewhat unusual and not well known, but Dr. Perry was updated and knew how my disease affected his scope of practice. I feel like I am in good hands Dr. Perry has my best interests at heart. I felt listened to and like I have options
