Been looking for a local family physician for YEARS that would sit, make eye contact, and not act like he couldn’t wait to escape the room for the next patient. Was also looking for that physician to have staff that actually loves their job and wants to help in every way possible. I really didn’t think it was possible, but I have found Dr. Penning and his staff to be all of these things. What a refreshing difference. Dr Penning and his staff are the most kind, compassionate medical office I have ever been to. Dr Penning just takes his time with you and listens and cares about what you have to say. Everyone of his office staff members are the same. Very kind and pleasant and don't mind having a normal non medical conversation with you.
