Dr. Christopher Todd Payne

Dr. Payne diagnosed my bladder cancer, performed two surgeries to remove the cancer and then referred me to UT Southwest where I had Neobladder surgery. My care from Dr. Payne and his staff was prompt and professional. I appreciate him for providing the treatment I needed for my bladder cancer before it metastasized, and I am now cancer free.

Absolutely the worst staff and experience. I was on the phone with them all day yesterday to get an appointment show up and don’t have an appointment and the front desk staff was absolutely no help and rude. I don’t not recommend these doctors and staff go out of town if possible.

Dr. Payne is very nice. Quiet, reserved. I had minor surgery and all went well. I'm very grateful for his expertise.

All ways a great pleasure to see Dr. Payne. He is a great Doctor. Very thorough and listens to everything I had to say. I have read the other review about booking everyone all at once. I have been to my fair share of doctors office. That is just not the case. People are here to see other doctor as well as have testing done. For example when I came in I immediately had test done. You have to wait on the processing and results of those test before you can see the doctor. Plus there are always emergency situations that come in. All ways a great pleasure to see Dr. Payne. It takes way to long to see a doctor here. Dr. Payne is a great doctor! But Booking patience all at once is ridiculous. And being seen by a Nurse Practitioner when I paid to see a doctor is not what I paid for.

Dr. Payne diagnosed and treated my dad for ureter cancer. Dr. Payne has the best bed side manners I have ever witnessed in my life. He really took his time to make sure we understood and repeatedly asked if we had any questions. I have never been so impressed with a doctor and I highly recommend Dr. Payne to anyone considering him. You would actually be very lucky to have him for your Dr.

The only complaint I have is I was turned away from an appointment. Here is what happened. Dr Shope contact Dr Payne on 20th of Aug for me to see him. His nurse called me on the 22nd of Aug, and I seen Dr payne on the 24th. He set me up for a CT on the 8th of Sept. I had an appt to see him on the 16th to schedule my surgery but I was turned away by the desk clerk for not having a referral. I will not be back, I will just live with this tumor/cancer.
