Office was very clean, staff was very polite. Covid standards followed, I was very pleased.

Dr. Nichols and his team are incredible. I did a lot of research before choosing a doctor for my breast augmentation and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff are always friendly and happy to see patients. Both the office and surgical center were clean and had pleasant atmospheres. They didn’t seem annoyed at all when I decided I wanted to go up in size from the original choice I had made, but instead helped me make a choice I would be happy with. They where always excited with me. Dr. Nichols himself prides himself in educating his patients on their chosen procedures and manages to keep a professional yet friendly mannerism. After about 2 minutes the awkward, uncomfortable feeling was gone. He also made sure to call my husband after my procedure and update him, but also provided his personal cell number if we had any questions or complications. He never once made me feel rushed in an appointment, nor did his staff. His nurse is also phenomenal. She always called back and was so helpful with anything I needed or had questions about. I couldn’t be more grateful. Kaitlyn, the office manager (I believe) always returned calls with in a timely manner, was kind and virtuous and would get me an answer to questions if she could. I highly recommend Dr. Nichols for anyone looking to have any work done. I can not say enough positive about my experience, and I recommend him to friends (even if it means them flying from out of state).. I expected a more augmented look when I went up in size and when I saw them for the first time post surgery, I couldn’t believe how natural they look. I originally wanted a more natural look but going up in size came with the “more augmented look” price tag. It was a pleasant surprise to say the least. It shows that Dr. Nichols listens to his patients and does what he can to give them what they want. He is incredibly talented and is passion about what he does and it shows. Dr. Nichols removed my implants in 2017 due to them leaking into my lymph nodes. A slight scar was left under each breast but minimal and was expected. I was 100 Percent happy with the results. My dermatologist said he did an excellent job. The staff was really nice.

Dr. Nichols took care of me following my mastectomy due to cancer. . He gave me back my self condfidence. My outcome was even better than before I had surgery. He and his staff are compassionate and so professional. I have been his patient for almost 10 years now. He’s the best in his field. I’m so thankful to Dr. Nichols and his staff.

Went in for a consult, very informative. You can tell he knows what he is talking about. He made us feel comfortable about procedure. Staff got us right in and was very kind.

Had a breast lift and reduction in August 2018. Entire experience excellent. Dr Nichols explained the procedures thoroughly, including drawing pictures of possible incisions, in easily understandable language. Patiently answered all my questions. Inspired confidence. After surgery experience also great. Minimal pain; healing nicely. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Poor quality of care, lacks compassion and empathy. Left me with horrible scaring, adhesions and deformities. Will never recommend him.

2 weeks ago I had a breast reduction / cosmetic reconstruction. Dr. Nichols did an amazing job. I am so in love with my smaller breast! Highly recommend Dr. Nichols and his entire staff, they are true professionals. Great experience.

I am a 58 year old, overweight woman. I had a double mastectomy due to breast cancer and my insurance carrier referred me to Dr. Nichols. I was treated so kindly and professionally throughout the entire process of reconstruction surgery. I had two surgeries with Dr. Nichols and he did a supreme job, I am so pleased with the final result. I think the man is an ARTIST. I am a 57 year old woman diagnosed with breast cancer I opted to have a double mastectomy was referred to doctor Nichols by my insurance carrier and I'm so glad I was. He's so very kind and attentive. He never left the room without answering any or all of my questions. His staff just rocks they are wonderful shout out to Emma. I've had my mastectomy and then reconstruction by Dr. Nichols I'm so pleased. He is really genuinely a nice person and very empathetic, he is an artist!

Dr. Nichols was my PS for my prophylactic mastectomy. The experience was above and beyond was I was expecting. The staff was awesome, and made me so comfortable. I am so THANKFUL that I found Dr Nichols and staff to help me through this time in my life.

I'd always toyed with the idea of doing something for myself plastic surgery-wise (mostly that dream of getting the tummy flatter with the magic liposuction wand), then had to actually do some serious reconstructive work when I had bilateral mastectomies. Dr. Nichols and his staff are top-notch. I don't have to push and shove and beg for good care, they're just there, doing it. And I get to benefit from that. Thank heavens I have a place I can go when I have pain or questions or worry about how all this is going to turn out. The nurses have put me back together emotionally more times than I want to think about (thank you, Lauren & Nicol!). None of this is easy, though our human inclination on looking at before & after pictures is to think it all happens in the space of whatever time our employer will allow us off. I'm not nearly done with the process, but have been supported all the way, and feel blessed to have these folks doing the work. P. S. I wanted to say all this. Since we work in the same building, under the same umbrella of employment, please don't consider me eligible for the gift basket.
