I want to thank Dr Mocek and his entire staff for taking such good care of me. I’m seeing great improvement in my daily life! Dr Mocek is very caring, very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manor. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. Thank you Dr Mocek!

Absolutely not, especially if you are female! He is very inappropriate! Also pushes injections, burning your nerves and on and on. Gets angry and says "what do you think we do here"?

Dr. Mocek and his staff are some of the best in their field. They are very kind and compassionate. Dr. Mocek explains my plan thoroughly and answers my questions with concern for me. His nurses and staff are very professional in their duties. I would recommend them to anyone.

He’s the best dr ever

I had been seeing Dr. Mocek for one year. My drive was 2 hours one way. After seeing him for 6 months he just did injections in my back. When I told that was not helping, he said he could have a pain pump implanted in my back. I told him that is what I wanted from the first visit because a friend of mine said he put his in and he gave a device to where he could give his self a extra dose when he was hurting. So he sent me to a surgeon and he was supposed to have implanted a 40cc pump but he only placed a 20cc pump. Do 6 months of driving 2 hours one way he said he would be very aggressive so he could get my pain under control. I passed there drug screens both times they tested me. He was not aggressive at all. I took my order with the amount he was increasing the medication in my pain pump to my physician and he said they are not even giving you a dose each time you go to even touch your pain. So, when I said it was not helping he fired me. He needs his license revoked. Sorry excuse.

No help whatsoever. I went to Dr. Mocek for chronic back pain. I saw him in person once then he sent me to PT. It actually worked and I got better. Maybe a couple weeks later I had a severe issue with my back and I could not use my right leg. I could not walk and was in severe pain. I called Dr. Mocek's office and they told me that I wasn't scheduled to see him for another two months. They said they would give the info to the doctor. Well, I never heard back. I called again the next day and got hit with the same attitude. They again told me I was not scheduled for another two months, then silence. It was obvious I was bothering them. I went to see a great chiropractor in conway who got me walking again. Then when I went to see my primary care doctor he said Mocek was totally unnecessary. He said between him and my chiropractor there was no need to see Mocek. I cancelled the rest of my appointments and haven't looked back. I can't say whether Dr. Mocek is a good doctor or not but what I can say is that he is WAY overbooked and it is affecting his bedside manner in a very negative way. All I wanted to do was talk to the doctor an explain what was going on and get his advice. He could have at least got on the phone with me and said go to the emergency room, or let me call in a prescription to help, or get to my office right away, or something. Dr. Mocek has treated me for multiple, fractures, compression fractures, and osteoarthritis for several years. He and his staff, especially the APNs, are such compassionate and professional people that I wouldn’t consider using any other group for pain management. I had two very unpleasant experiences three years ago with other clinics which I tried due to the long wait times with Dr. Mocek; never again! And I’m happy to say that Dr. Mocek has very much improved his wait times, especially with the use of telemedicine. When it’s your turn, you get all the time you need. Don’t go anywhere else for pain management!

Have a backup plan for after Sergey. This doctors office will have you go through surgery knowing they aren't going to treat you after surgery is over. You will be told this as your pain pump is ready to lose all liquid. Then explain to you how dangerous for you spine it can be. They knowingly put you at risk more then you were before. But will tell out of nowhere and unexpectedly. They do have the decency to tell you they understand how you feel as they lie to you about being told. Have a secondary planing place before going there. Very attentive to your every need till the surgery they talk you into is done. After that, the risk of fluid running out and causing spine damage is great. Be very cautious about them. Only one husband's thoughts watching his wife crying because she's worry about now having worse damage while calling everywhere for anyone to help her. Luckily our attorney is on top of everything. I have been a patient of Dr. Mocek 's for over five years. He would not recognize me if he met me in the hall way. After his initial assessment and procedures you are handed over to uncaring/false nurse practitioners. No matter the severity of your pain they could not care less. I know the problems with the government take over of physicians' abilities to prescribe but no one has taken away their abilities of being sympathetic and kind. When in pain there are times when you just need a pat. Dr. Mocek's credentials are excellent but he has undertaken to meet the shortage of pain doctors ( because he cares or because of the money, who knows) and that leaves him on a very tight schedule leaving very little time for courtesy. There is one excellent young lady nurse practitioner there but I apologize for not remembering her name. His front desk staff, lab tech, most of the nurses are nice, helpful, timely, caring, professional, I would give them a gold star. I am writing this in the thrones of severe pain waiting for a MRI tomorrow A.M. after being put off over a year so I am undoubtedly biased. Summation: Excellent credentials, lousy patient care. Dr. Mocek and staff are very professional and make me feel comfortable when visiting his office. I love the appointment desk receptionists because they always have a smile on their face. I have recommended Dr. Mocek to several of my friends and family.

HORRIBLE! I'm not the one to do this but I'm lost for words! At first they seemed good! I put my faith in these people, the staff were always friendly! I allowed Dr. Mocek to do procedures on my back that did not work! Ok I continued to stay and work with them. They were very much aware of the pain I was still experiencing because we discussed it every appointment. Nothing was done! I am 24 yrs old first time I've ever been to a pain specialists! Sure its probably the last for awhile. Things like this makes you lose hope! From trying me on different medications to finally finding the one that worked best for me. Then they cut me after 2 months! They then cut me a third time! Their excuse was they're cutting everyone, they have to its all on the news etc. I do my own research and I watch the news everyday not once have I seen this. Everyone does not have the same pain so how could you cut everyone down to the same level? Ok I never complained nor argued I continued to comply with them. So I just recently had a Dr. visit and they released me from their care. They send in a nurse practitioner by the name of Dana whom they use as the "hatchet lady" she's young and fresh in the game and you can tell! Not trying to bash her but she's getting a bad start in her career! She has no idea! Anyhow she tells me I'm being released from their care because I was short a few pills and they don't play that. Ok one! time I'm short I get kicked out the door literally! I was seriously lost for words I never would have guessed they would have done that! NO warning or anything! I had done nothing wrong! After me telling them numerous times I felt the procedures made it worse! I was suffering in silence! only God knows! Nothing at all! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR! In 2 yrs I seen him only 3 times. He spends all his time doing procedures like injections that don’t work while his very condescending, and judge mental nurses (Forrest Galloway) does all the patient valuations. After 2 yrs of this I got a letter stating they wouldn’t see me anymore without an explanation causing me to scramble and find a new Dr. I’ve been under pain management for 8 yrs and never had a problem with my former Dr. I was referred to Mocek to better control my pain, and they treated me like cattle the whole time. They do not care if you battle depression and anxiety as they will not allow you to take certain meds for it. They also threatened to call the police on me just for stating that they’re going to drive people to suicide the way they’re treating patients. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else!!!!!!! They also got mad when I asked about CDC recommendations. They are RECOMMENDATIONS not GUIDELINES! They do not have to cut your medicine like they say they have to, they’re doing it to keep from doing the paperwork necessary to continue treating patients at their current med level! They also didn’t remember me from visit to visit, always asking the same question about where my pain was, and have they done injections which is his bread and butter. Very disappointing.... Our PCP recommend Dr. Mocek. Your appointments are never on time. If you have a 3PM appointment you won’t be seen until a hour or two later. Insurance doesn’t get billed correctly. For example we have a primary and secondary shouldn’t owe a dime for a office visit and procedure. Well the staff that handles billing doesn’t get back with you in a timely matter you will continue to receive bills that shouldn’t have been sent in the first place. Don’t waste your time with pill pushing clinic and unnecessary procedures that are performed. We found out later on that the mri wasn’t reviewed and shots were given without reviewing the mri that had to be performed before the doctor would see you. Follow up appointments you don’t see the doctor. His nursing staff think by giving you a prescription for hydros and a doctor excuse is enough. At first everyone was welcoming and kind..after being established they made me feel like I was there for the wrong reasons. I could hear staff laughing and talking about me and others openly. No compassion for the patients in pain.

Dr. Christopher Mocek has helped me more than any doctor! I have degenerative Disk Disease and had tried everything I knew and had been ro many doctors. My rheumatologist recommended I go and see if Dr. Mocek could help me. He listened to me and tried several treatments for me. He finally found the one that helped me the most and he gave me my life back! I was at a place in my life that the pain was so bad that I didn't care if I lived or died. He worked with me and has absolutely given me a quality life back. Recently I went on a school trip with our youngest grandson to Washington D.C. and New York, NY and we walked 36 miles in six five days! If not for Dr. Mocek I could never have made that trip! I will never be able to thank him enough for what he has done for me. If you have chronic pain, go see Dr. Mocek. He and his office staff do care about your health and want to help you! I heard of Mocek Spine from my father who was also a patient of Doctor Mocek. Like my father, I’ve also been very impressed by the level of care from both Doctor Mocek & his team. My first encounter was with Lisa. She is caring & informative. It was a great first impression. During my consultation, It was quickly apparent that Dr. Mocek is extremely intelligent & experienced. He is also detailed oriented. He is professional and he treats me like a patient, not a number. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining my results and different options during my first visit. For the first time in months, I finally feel like I have a promising go forward plan put in place. Side note: This plan isn’t a bunch of medications that will create side effects & additional issues. Dr Mocek and his staff were fantastic. I felt like they cared and asked all the right questions. I wasn't left waiting in a room for a long time like is so common these days. I highly recommend Dr Mocek.

I really like the women in the office & the nurses & nurse practitioners

No help after going to this clinic for 4 years. Never see the actual doctor. Always see an assistant who apparently never reads chart before they come in. Wait time at least one hour or more. My advice is to look at other options for pain management.

VERY HAPPY !! I use to See another Pain Mangement for 10 yrs. Here in North Little Rock Arkansas. UNFORTUNATELY the Dr. That I was Seeing was NOT TREATING ME RIGHT? but when I came in and Met Dr. MOCEK and He's Staff, I knew then that I had came to the RIGHT place. Was very impressed with Dr.Moceck and his team when I went to my first appointment. Dr.Moceck explained my pain in terms I understood never talking above my head. He suggested I have a procedure done. I was worried about the outcome because of my previous operations but every time I told him of my fears and he was very patient and understanding. He answered all of my fears with knowledge and skill. I went and had the procedure Friday. Dr.moceck and his staff took the best care of me and my family. i have had several pain doctors throughout the years and i have been so blessed to have found Dr. Mocek. He has an excellent bedside manner, is patient and listens to you. He takes his time and finds out the best option for you. I have an uncommon nerve disorder and is extremely painful but with Dr. Moceks help my pain is under control which is a dream come true. I was referred to Dr. Mocek almost 10 yrs ago for debilitating neck pain bc of herniated discs & bone spurs. Following standard pain mgt. protocol over months of unsuccessful interventions, I was prescribed a medication patch that has kept my pain manageable. Drug screens continue, covered by my ins., & those outrageous $800 screens are history. Dr. Mocek & his staff assess me and my needs every month and are100% competent & compassionate. It's not an overstatement to say that they saved my life

Dr Mocek directed my wife to get a pain pump ,she did HE has a few nurses that are great BUT HE has some that are beyond incompetent and rude,if your white,one in paticular. we are in the process of filing multiple complaints and malpractice charges with the ark board of medicine ,due to what has happened to us and if you research you will find multitudes of complaints,beware this one is not what they apear!!!!constant script mixups,the bad ones are as bad as they get!!!

Dr. Mocek and his staff are absolutely the best. Very professional, very caring, and committed to releaveing your pain. Dr. Mocek has given me my life back after a successful pain pump implant. I can't thank him enough.

Dr. Mocek is very focused to details and seems to cares about his patients. He's very knowledgeable and gives the best solutions to alleviate your pain whether it be surgery, medication or therapy. Plus, his staff are always smiling and friendly. I have yet to see any negativity in his staff. Usually a cranky boss makes cranky assistants which makes me think he's got a good soul and takes good care of his people. I would recommend Dr. Mocek to anyone needing his care.

I have been a patient for three years. Dr. Mocek and his staff are professional, competent and caring. I have been treated with dignity and respect. During the period I have been under Dr. Mocek's care, my back condition deteriorated significantly. He has provided pain management pre- and postoperatively. I have always felt like the whole treatment team is concerned about my condition

Dr. Mocek is a lifesaver. He really cares about his patients and really wants to get you back to life. If you are pill shopping, skip Dr. Mocek. If you are willing to work hard and trust him, it is well worth being his patient. You might have some extended waits at appointments, but I don't mind if it means I get to be treated by Dr. Mocek. His staff is wonderful, especially his RN.

Have been seeing Dr mocek and Ms Sandy for few yrs now. They are great. Must say wait times ,employee friendliness, etc have greatly improved over last few months!! I believe they all truly care about patients!! Nurses also great! Give them a try. Don't listen to negative ppl. Things have improved!!

Sorry does not describe this doctor I never seen the doctor the while six months I went to him and they turned me lose the same way they did Harlen without referral to another doctor, six months waiting list to find one and no medicine. . Thank you Dr Mocek for your sorry service, avoid.

I am an "unhappy patient" therefore I was "released" from their care. I was "released" from their care without them referring me to another doctor, helping me by making an appointment for me, or see me and give me one last prescription before I was released. Instead I was released from their care with less then 28 days of medication, and was unable to find a doctor. I was placed on waiting lists that take 6 to 9 months to get into the doctors, and because of this, you can imagine what happened to me when I no ran out of medication. It was HELL. What that doctor and office manger did was the worst thing a person can do to another. The reason I was an "unhappy patient" was because they had double billed and they owed me money and decided they were not going to pay me. Just think twice....... I have been coming to Dr. Mocek since Dr.Covey did not accept my insurance. The last three appointments I waited over 3 hours before they called me back. It is ridiculous how they overbook! I talked to 5 different people and all had the same appointment times. I do not know how the change needs to take place but we should not have to be at the mercy of Doctors keeping their patients waiting for such long extended times because we HAVE to have the pain medication we need! And then they want to charge US for not keeping an appointment. I must say Miss Sandy is a gem and completely overworked. I am looking for another Doctor. He's been a life-saver for me since my first visit with him 10 years ago. He listens to his patients and is an excellent caring healthcare provider. I will not go anywhere else for my pain!! He treats you with respect and has positive attitude in helping his patients with their pain. I would highly recommend him to others.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Mocek. I had back pain for several years and would not even consider surgery. When I came to Dr. Mocek in August I was in a lot of pain I do not like to take pain medication and would only take the medication when the got unbearable. I was limit in what I could do and what I even wanted to do because I knew it would be painful. It not January and due to treatments that Dr. Mocek provided my back is almost back to normal with very little pain..
