Dr M is knowledgeable, competent and friendly, but the staff is bad at returning calls, passing on or responding to messages, sending referrals. and calling in RXs. I have to leave 2-3 messages every time.

Dr Madden and his staff provide outstanding service. They always listen to your concerns and provide the care you need. Submission of prescriptions and all paperwork you may need are always handled quickly and thoroughly.

Great Doctor here! Dr. Madden has real knowledge of his practice. I've been to some that literally type in your symptoms on a computer to give a diagnosis! That is mindblowing and NOT the case here! All staff members are very nice and polite as well.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Madden and have been for a couple of years, he's an excellent doctor, listens and explains things in a way that we can understands. We highly recommend him for your medical needs. Office staff is great wait times are short.

Very caring and knowledgeable physician. I've been going there since 2013 and never had an issue with staff or doctors. Service was always on time, or within a few minutes of scheduled time, thorough and encompassing. Dr. Madden asks many questions and encourages the patient to ask as many questions as desired.

We moved from Florida and we had a great primary there I wanted to find a great primary here and we found that with Dr. Madden. He listens to you, values your input and answers you on my chart within a day and he does referrals very quickly. I am an RN and I know a good doctor when I see one. He is the epitome of what a good doctor should be. Kind, caring, respectful & competent. Don’t believe the bad review.

Dr Madden was my mother’s primary physician for 3 years . He is very attentive and has an excellent bedside manner . Each visit he provides a thorough evaluation of the medical issues concerning my mother . His solid knowledge of internal medicine has been well demonstrated when dealing with my mother’s multiple medical problems .. Her medical health improved after she became a patient at his practice .

He does care about his patients. Called me at night to go over test results. He had tried earlier in day and I missed him. Very good about responding to questions through MyChart. Quick to get in referrals for specialists. He did listen when there was a concern about care and he did his best to get things right. I trust him with the care of my family.

Not only does he do his job professionally he will also go above and beyond for his visits. I lost my insurance recently and he has done everything in his power to maintain my medications and my well being, out of the last 13 doctors that I've seen in the last couple of years he is easily the best that you can get in the Triad.

Went to the office to see the Doctor. I had a sore throat, high fever, horrible cough and congestion. I am over 65, and have high blood pressure, heart trouble and diabetes. I waited in office over an hour, then when I finally saw Dr.Madden he prescribed me nothing but an over the counter decongestant. A week later I was no better, and substantially worse, and my daughter took me to the emergency room. I was then given a chest e-X-ray which showed My initial bronchitis had progressed into advanced pneumonia. The emergency room doctor immediately prescribed very high dose antibiotics. Dr. madden's initial office visit was a complete waste, the epitome of incompetence, end could have cost me my life. Very poor doctor!
