Unfriendly, worst doctor i had ever seen. No listening skills, he was too succinct and a full rude. The consolation felt very rushed. waste of time and money.

Worst DR visit ever. I took my father here and they made his ear bleed , was very rude , refuse to let him use the restroom, and everything was SUPER RUSHED. Doc literally pulled my dads ear to redirect his head. Came with hearing issues and ears feeling clogged and paid $350 for an ear clean someone would’ve done for $20. Got no consultation. Feel robbed.

Imagine your elderly parent going to a doctor and leaving, upset, belittled, and intimidated. That is what happened with Mr. Lee. Although, it sounds like Mr. Lee gave accurate information for care. That is not the issue. Mr. Lee’s actions and bedside manner are centerstage here. As my mothers son and an HR Professional, I called Dr. Lee to understand his perspective. Simply and professionally to see if I was missing something. Upon initially talking with Dr. Lee on the phone, I could hear his frustration with my mother. Mr Lee blamed my mother for not being able to handle the fast pace at their location. As a matter of fact, Mr. Lee said he was frustrated with my mother. When Mr. Lee was asked if it was appropriate to display and direct his frustration at an elderly patient, Mr. Lee said, “it doesn’t matter.” Very disappointing. Will not be returning.

I saw Christopher Lee for a total of maybe 5 minutes, costing me an insane amount for a basic check. As soon as I walked into the patient room, he began his exams; I was mid-sentence and he did not listen to my concerns. The whole time I was there, things were rushed and it was apparent that Lee was more concerned about getting patients in and out than giving quality care and listening to patient concerns. I will never step foot back into his office again after what I went through today. As a doctor, your job is to make patients feel comfortable and after leaving I felt very UNCOMFORTABLE. To start, this guy is very aggressive when it comes to his way handling patients. I came in for ear wax removal and everything seemed to be going fine... as he began, it got uncomfortable when he was sticking a tool inside my ear and I responded saying that it felt weird and that I was feeling small shocks of pain as he scrapped the insides of my ear, of course any HUMAN BEING will naturally react by squirming around, and as I was doing so, he kept saying "you're making my job harder & if you keep it up, I'll stop here" at one point he grabbed my head to keep me from moving around, in which I had to tell him to calm down and to not do that again. Wish I read all of the negative review from other customers about this guy, because I wouldn't never came here to begin with. Save yourself the time and trouble and find someone better because this guy is the worse. The only reason I'm even giving him 1 star is because he did clean my ear out and I can hear again, but other than that, I would give him 0 stars. DO better!

I had impacted ear wax and itchy ears and went to another doc, in a big high-rise near Northside Hospital. He removed the wax from only one ear and told me to see a dermatologist and charged my insurance $450. Now, almost a year later, my ear wax has built up again and is painful and I found Dr. Lee thank goodness! He cleared out both my ears - and let me watch on the video screen. I had large pieces of impacted wax - totally blocked. He also looked up my nose (also letting me watch on video) and showed me how inflamed the inside of my nose was. I already feel 1000% better - and I have two prescriptions to help with the itching and inflammation (something nobody else did for me). He may be a bit terse but I don't care, am not offended and actually quite liked him! I guess from these reviews, you will like him or you won't. If you've gone to other docs with no results, then try Dr. Lee - he really knows his stuff and that's most important.

Dr Lee spends no time with his patients, you feel like a turnstile. He talks so fast and flips you around, barely listening to you and certainly no questions and answers. I like efficient doctor appointments but this was insane. What got me though is between two visits that totaled 30 mins (includes time walking in from my car and talking to the front desk) I apparently had an office visit and 4 surgeries! BS! I have had slight issues with my ears for some time now and concerns of woozy feeling in my face/eyes which can relate to a sinus or ear infection. That week I was generally concerned for my health and decided to finally get my ears checked. The whole appointment took no more than 5 minutes. As soon as we came in the room, everything was rushed. Dr. Lee seemed rushed and I felt like a deer in headlights as I was trying to explain what I was feeling and being cut off to ask me which symptom it was I was having. Dizziness or lightheaded (I mentioned both). He seemed almost flustered that I didn’t know which one I was feeling. As soon as I was kinda able to explain my symptoms, he proceeds to look at my ears and automatically says “no more q-tips for you”. Cleans out my ear, looks in my nose, and prescribes me a nasal spray. I left feeling super unsatisfied and unable to ask all my questions or get any answers at all. I was due for a follow up but I ended up not going because I felt like it just would not be of any help. I will be going to a different doctor and get checked again. Even my husband agreed that everything was very rushed. His attitude, body language, and arrogance left you feeling like you are just taking up his time and trying to fit as many patients in possible to make money. I'd give him half a star if I could. Dr. Lee was rude & emotionally abusive. I was in a lot of pain due to a GERD flare up in my throat & chest & mentally fatigued & anxious from not sleeping well. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. The doctor does not listen to his patients and only cares about making money. I went to go for a visit because I had serious issues with not being able to breathe when I am sleeping. I told him about my issues, however, he got mad and raised his voice at me. He told me I was wrong and dismissed me. I initially went to him to get a referral for a sleep study but he told me I did not need go to a pulmonolgist. I still left feeling very concerned about my breathing issue, so I went to a family doctor about it. My son had a surgery for nose because Dr Lee was strongly recommended. After few year nothing has been improve at all. He treats the patient is the money maker for him.

My wife went to see Dr. Lee in April 2019 for pain in her right ear. Dr. Lee said to stop using q-tip and it should go away. In 2020 May, my wife went to see Dr. Lee again for pain in her right ear and some swelling in the ear canal. I visited Dr. Lee a little over a month ago with a complaint of my left ear feeling “plugged.” I felt a heavy pressure in my ear for about 2 weeks prior to my appointment. His staff is friendly. However, upon meeting him, he rushed me when I attempted to explain my issue. He cut me off from speaking and immediately assumed part of my issue was caused by using Q-tips. He looked inside my ears and up my nose and diagnosed it as allergies. I left his office with a nasal spray RX... that is all. My time with him was no more than 7mins. His bedside manner is impersonal and he is so fast pasted that he forgets to actually listen to the patient. I did not return to his office for a follow up, because I did not feel confident in his diagnosis; I seeked a second opinion from another ENT instead. I’m so glad that I did. She had ear tube surgery around age 4 and since then the wax had been getting impacted in her ears. Shortly after we moved to GA. I used to go to him when I was like 12ish yo to get treatment for allergies. All I remember is that he was very blunt and never ended up treating my allergies. I recently went again bc I was having ear issues and I remembered I used to go to him. I regret going back. He decided to take a look inside my nasal cavities and any normal doctor would kindly ask me to look up or gently guide my chin up. But no.
