Trying the easy way first

I was completely happy with Dr. LaSalle and the entire staff. As a pianist, my hands are vital and the treatment and full, clear explanation of possible surgical procedures was excellent. I am "in good hands" with Dr. LaSalle.

I visited the ONE on Clinton and had a very good experience. Everyone was really nice and respectful from check in to check out. I saw Christopher LaSalle and he was great. His humor helped me forget about the discomfort of the shot I was about to receive. I would recommend any of the locations. I have been to see Alex Nehls a few times and he is the best. I visited him at the Parkview Circle location off of Dupont. Thanks for taking such great care of me.

Dr LaSalle is definitely someone I would want to be on my team. He is a very caring and understanding Doctor. He listens well to what you have to say and with you together makes an Orthopedic Plan of what he thinks might be best, and then ask how you feel about it. He takes into consideration the kind of work you do, your health, how active you are, and of course your medical conditions at that point. He’s done 2 different hand/wrist surgeries on me in the past 2 years and 5 years. I did not regret having either one, because he took away my pain. I was in for check up from a fall, I was told that I broke my finger and fractured my wrist. They took more x rays and I sprained my wrist and pulled a tendon in my finger. Dr Lasalle showed me the x rays. very nice Dr he has done carpel tunnel surgery on both my wrists and I trust him.

Dr. Lasalle is extremely knowledgeable and has a tremendous bedside manner. He always addresses my questions and concerns. He previously performed surgery on my left wrist and I had wonderful results. Now I am having the procedure on my right. I very highly recommend Dr. Lasalle. He is my choice...make him yours.

Dr. Lasalle is a great surgeon who explains things well.

Dr LaSalle and Dr Nehls were both very helpful with our hand problems. We were thinging we were going to have surgery and they gave us other alternatives that worked better for us. Thank you so much to both of these doctors.

The staff and Dr. LaSalle are the greatest! Every appointment I have been to has resulted in speedy service, courteous staff that goes above and beyond, and they all listen well to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend ONE and Dr. LaSalle!

Dr called me a “meat head” for doing music as work, and said I shouldn’t have a job where I use my hands as much? He then went on to tell a story of a factory worker and how stupid they were for doing their job and complaining to him about their joint issues. He also decided to tell me he voted for Trump the first time, when politics have nothing to do with the Hippocratic oath. He undermined my other doctors by telling me that I didn’t have arthritis anywhere by looking at my X-rays, including X-rays of my back. He also told me that I did not need to see a Rhuematologist, and then “mansplained” to me the job title of a Rhuematologist…. As if I haven’t been dealing with joint issues since I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease. Do yourself a favor and run away from this bozo.

Dr.LaSalle and his staff are great. He explained what my problem was and how he would solve it.Would highly recommend!

I was extremely satisfied with my visit. This was my first time visiting Dr. LaSalle. He and his staff were so easy to deal with. The doctor himself explained my issue with examples that made it perfectly clear what the problem was in terms I could understand.

This “Dr.” told my husband if he used his brains for work instead of his body he wouldn’t be having inflammation problems. Then accused him of trying to misuse Workman’s Comp. Even though he was visiting on his own accord and using our own private insurance to pay. How degrading and insulting! If that’s his bedside manner for someone trying to be proactive, I can only imagine how he treats patients that need further treatment. I’m leaving one star because I’m required too. I would give him zero if I was able too. I suggest finding a doctor with better personal skills.

He is very caring and concerned about his patients. Listens to what his patients has to say. Highly recommend him.

Dr LaSalle was friendly and explained things well to me. He did not rush me It was a good experience.

Dr LaSalle explains things and answers your questions so that you can understand it. He never makes you feel rushed. Best thing I did was go to him for my problem. I would recommend Dr. LaSalle to anybody.

My husband has seen Dr. Lasalle for two separate hand issues and both were resolved quickly. The office staff, especially at 5050 North Clinton, is professional, courteous and efficient. Dr. Lasalle dictates his notes immediately after seeing you so there is no chance that he forgot something and you are given a printed copy of what was done and what the follow up will be. It is an easy location to get to, parking is close by, automatic doors since many patients are there for mobility issues. ONE is our go-to for orthopedic care.

I am currently being treated by Dr Christopher LaSalle, he did surgery to repair my left hand that was destroyed by a table saw. I am so grateful for this Dr He has done an excellent job. He has a great personality very friendly helpful caring a really wonderful person and I couldn’t ask for better service. Sincerely, WLLIAM PAYNE

My appointment was at 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:50 was weighted and taken to an examination room by 2:00pm. My chart was reviewed with me by a very pleasant nurse. At 2: 07 Dr. LaSalle came into the room ask how I was responding to a previous treatment and examined my wrist. I was given an injection and informed on follow up care. After a wait of 2 or 3 minutes I was given my discharge papers and a wrist brace. I proceeded to the check out desk and was back in my car at 2:25. I deify anyone to related better service than this!!!! If it wasn't because of painful conditions I would love going here. All the Doctors and support staff is just the best!!

Mr. LaSalle is very straight forward and honest. I have complete trust in his abilities.

He was very thorough with my visit, checking out my problems & showing me what was causing them. And then proceeding to remedy my issues. Yes, I give Dr. LaSalle & his staff a great recommendation.

This is the second time I've neede Dr, LaSalle's services. Last time was the left hand, which was repaired and I have full use of the finger I had sliced almost to the bone. This time it is a bit more of a mystery, but the Dr and his team are a determined bunch. Every single individual I encounted were FRIENDLY, caring and professional, Dr. LaSalle is, additionally, understanding and listens carefully to my concerns. I have confidence that they will find my underlying problem and come up with a good plan for my hnd/arm

I had my first visit with Dr. LaSalle about my hand and he made me feel very at ease with him right away, he has a great sense of humor and explains everything in terms that I could understand. His staff was the best also, very friendly and caring. I didn't have a long wait which I like. I would highly recommend him and I trust him fully.

Great, came in to handle trigger finger . Also took care of the other hand also with trigger finger. Doctor explained my issues and the remedy. Highly recommend his practice.

Told me I had a joint problem in my finger and that it would involve surgery. It would be a minimal surgery, that he would clean out the joint and that it would be ready by golf season. Very reassuring.

Absolutely I would recommend Dr.LaSalle to my friends, family anyone. It was actually a pleasure to do “business” with him. Once you meet him, he always brings a smile with him and sometimes a joke or two. But when it comes to talking surgery, he’s all about explaining what would be the best option for you, and let’s you make the final decision. Then he opens up his computer and shows you in 3D color what will take place. I’ve had 2 serious hand surgeries done by him, and I don’t regret either one. The last one he just finished and just removed my cast. He had to fuse my left wrist. Just after 6 weeks you can barely see my scar. He does great detailed work, and is a pleasure to visit with him each time I see him. Knows what he is doing.When he gave me the injection he says now you can say ouch instead if it’s gonna be a little pinch which no Cortizone shot hurts!!

My recent visit with Dr. LaSalle was perfect as always. He is a wonderful surgeon with a kind and a little humorous personality.

Dr. LaSalle is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. He is quick and efficient at what he does and yet listens to one's concerns. Recently he saw that I was experiencing pain on the way out from having been seen by another ONE doctor for a different problem, and worked me into his patient schedule to help me out that day. He is skilled at giving hand injections from years of experience and has excellent technique to minimize pain. Now that is excellence and compassion! I so appreciate that!

Although Dr. LaSalle couldn't resolve my issue, I wouldn't hesitate to go back if things change or I develop any other hand/elbow issues. My elbow has been hurting. I have a lot of arthritis, assumed that was the issue, & was hoping maybe an injection would give me some relief. He showed me the x-rays & explained that I had a perfectly healthy elbow totally free of arthritis. He thoroughly examined my elbow through movement, tapping & applying pressure to see if anything he did would increase the pain, but it didn't. He also explained what he was looking for with all the things he did. There just wasn't anything he could find. I'm so relieved that I have at least one joint that isn't full of arthritis, but sure wished he could have found the source of my pain. I felt very comfortable with him. He has a great bedside manner. He's very down to earth. Also, I really like the screens on the wall in the waiting room telling you if your doctor is on time of how far behind he's running.

Really listened and investigated the problem, responded with an insightful diagnosis and a solution. Excellent care!

The purpose of my visit with Dr LaSalle was for an examination of pain in both hands. From the time I arrived at the office until I left, everything was very professional, well organized, pleasant and very courteous. Dr LaSalle's exam was thorough, helpful and well explained. I'm encouraged that his plan for relief of my Carpel Tunnel issue will be successful.

We have rarely been to a more efficiently run practice (and with my husband's illness, we visit a LOT of medical offices). Check-in and Check-out were fast and easy. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the waiting area is clean and inviting. It was nice to have the wait times for the physicians posted in the lobby, although they were all running on schedule when we were there. We couldn't have been more impressed with Dr. LaSalle and his practice!

I wouldn’t have any other hand doctor work on my hand. He knows what he is doing and has personality plus so you feel at ease and he does a great job.

Everyone was very helpful and took the time to answer any questions. Dr. LaSalle was very honest about my options and as always when choice was made did his best. I highly recommend this group.

From walking in the door to checking out after my appointment, every encounter with support staff and the physician was courteous, efficient, and professional. A plan was presented, and I was not forced in to making a hasty surgical decision. The doctor and I agreed to watch the condition, and he will see me back as needed.
