Scheduled a consultation- got an email the same morning that the doctor had a “family emergency” and would reach out to me at a later time. Never heard from them since.

This place is a JOKE. I sat on hold for 30 min waiting to speak to the Dr. The receptionist couldn't "Get ahold of Him". It was 8:00 AM on a Monday after they confirmed my appointment 15 min prior. I discussed my frustration and the receptionist hung up on me. When i called the office back, they wouldn't answer the phone. I do not understand why they wouldn’t reschedule due to circumstances rather than keep me on hold, then hang up on me. No follow up after by the Dr. or business team. Emailed an appointment request, was put on the schedule for 6 weeks later. Day of the virtual meeting Dr. was a no show. I called the office and they indicated that I was not entered into their system by the person that set up the meeting. They promised to talk with the Dr. and to get back to me with his availability. Never heard from them again. If the staff can't process an appointment what confidence do I have in something more important like a surgery? The whole staff has been very helpful and compassionate throughout my experience so far. My surgery turned out amazing. Really. I feel so pretty and feminine again after having three babies. I would highly recommend Dr. Kovanda.

The consult was about 5 min. I realized that my nose was a big mess, but he reassured me that he would be able to correct all deformities. At the post op visit, when the bandages were removed, I saw a huge dorsal hump in the mirror, I felt so lost that all I could say was " Is it going to go away?" - he just said"yes" and rushed away from the room. At 1 month post op check my hump was still really noticeable. He admitted that that was a bone, not just swelling, and offered to rasp that bump as soon as I could find time for that. So, I consulted with several doctors about rasping just 1 month post op, and these doctors did not recommend it at that point. I never came back to him anymore. P.S. After the surgery, one of the stitches was left in the left nostril. The office nurse said that it was going to dissolve eventually, but it stayed for 11 months, causing soreness and unpleasant odor before it got removed by the great doctor during the revision rhinoplasty one year later.

Dr. Kovanda is very kind and nice. He knows his work very well.

Dr. Kovanda is a fantastic plastic surgeon. I have seen a few surgeons over the past 15 years, and while I thought my previous surgeons were great... they were blown away by the work of Dr. Kovanda. His attention to detail, denoting desired outcomes and addressing needs of the patient is all excellent. He has a strong knowledgebase, a great set of skills, and the endurance for some great surgery results where you may stack on a few procedures in one long session. Very Impressed!!

16 kids later tummytuck breast augmentation and I can say he did great!!! ???? I knew from day one I could trust him, and still do! Great office, nice staff/ great location: 100 percent choose him - Best doctor out there!

I have had the best results I could of ever asked for this was my number 10 surgery including my Masectomy. This one is a success I think I will actually allow me to have a nipple again after my fat grafting Dr. Kovanda did he is amazing. I feel sexy again he also made my chest proportion even and closer together. He is the best will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended

My experience with Dr. Kovanda and all of his staff exceeded my expectations and would recommend to anyone interested in any of his procedures. It was a positive experience for me from beginning to end.

The staff and Dr. Kovanda were very helpful and very knowledgable. Both Heather, Kris and Dr. Kovanda listened to my story and were able to review and explain the process of the procedure in detail. I also used their web site to learn more about Dr. Kovanda's credentials.

It's the classic tale of over promising and under delivering. My mommy makeover results are not what I wanted. After, years if convincing myself and my husband to go through the surgeries.. I feel like a fool. I still won't be wearing a swimsuit this year or next.

I had saved up for over a year to have a BBL done with Kovanda. My first impression was great. The staff seemed awesome and Dr. Kovanda seemed like he genuinely cared about his patients. Fast forward a year. I had my surgery. One side is bigger than other even my torso looks uneven from the liposuction. The office staff is now unpleasant to say the least. I've now looked at other reviews and done digging to find Kovanda was SANCTIONED by the Minnesota Medical board.

Dr. Kovanda and Kris were incredibly thoughtful and caring in every visit and especially post-surgery. Dr. Kovanda made me feel comfortable in every circumstance and was compassionate with my needs. He also did a great job with surgery. Very happy with my results.

I found Dr. Kovanda through Internet searches for the Brazillian Butt Lift. My friends and I were going to Atlanta but, we saw a lot of glowing reviews. It took at least a month to get in for a consultation. The front desk staff was less than plesent. I felt like the consult was rushed and like just another person they were pushing through the assembly line. We have decid d to go to Atlanta.

Thank you Christopher and staff. You actually changed a life. God is great.

I am a trauma patient of Dr. Kovanda's and have been working with him for a couple years now. I am so fortunate Dr. Kovanda was on call the night of my accident. I am a pilot, and after amputating my hand, I thought there was no chance of flying again, but thanks to Dr. Kovanda and his talents, I'm back in the cockpit and living a normal life again. There's not enough stars on this rating to express how appreciative I am of his expertise and care over these past years.

He's amazing. Had a breast reduction/lift three weeks ago with him and I love the results so far.

My experience at Dr. Kovanda was so amazing.. The stuff is super friendly and they always make you feel welcome. I had 2 Brazilian butt lift and I am so happy with the results I would recommend any one to Dr. Kovanda. Congratulations on their new place is awesome. :)
