Dr. Chris Jones has been a wonderful orthopedic surgeon! When I experienced a terrible injury, he took over my care and completed a difficult surgery to place a rod in my upper arm. Dr. Jones saw me right away and confidently reassured me. He was competent and thorough, while taking the time to explain everything to me and my husband. My follow-up care has been comprehensive, and I have felt secure throughout my difficult recovery because of Dr. Jones.

Dr. Jones (and his assistant Tiffany) have been wonderful to work with, through my shoulder surgery in 2022! Dr. Jones is very professional and caring, always thoughtful and thorough in both the surgery and follow-up exams. He went out of his way to find me a good physical therapist in my town. Surgery went well, and I am recovering well. I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Jones, his staff, and their facility in Colorado Springs!

Dr Jones was very attentive to my concerns and recommended a conservative course of treatment for my knee. After he injected it with some Synvisc (gel from a rooster comb) it’s back to good as new in just 24 hrs!

Dr. Jones replaced both my arthritic shoulders about 3 years apart. The most recent being in 2020. Now 3 years out I’ve kept up with recommended exercise and have experienced very little pain and have retained probably 95% motion in both shoulders. I’ve been able to continue riding motorcycles and regular activities and am very thankful to Dr. Jones for surgeries well done! Highly recommend Dr. Jones.

Dr. Jones and staff have been courteous, professional, and have given clear explanations of the surgical and recovery process for my shoulder surgery. I feel I am being competently cared for.

Dr. Chris Jones examined my L shoulder, reviewed the x-rays. There was no bone damage, i have a contusion.. Dr Jones has been my shoulder doctor for many years.. He is the best physician & his knowledge & understanding of all sports & injuries is unequaled. I got his okay to continue skiing & playing my saxophone. Dr Jones has performed multiple surgeries on my two shoulders. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering a shoulder replacement, or rotator cuff repair. He listens to the patient and their concerns. I had a shoulder replacement in 2015 and saw him yesterday for a checkup. I am having some issues with that shoulder. He listened to all of my concerns and pain areas . He explained what possibly could be happening. I will see him in 6 months for a reassessment to see what next steps need to happen, if any.

Very painful shoulder. I recently had an injection in my shoulder. It’s still a little grumpy at times but I can use my arm and sleep at night. Dr Jones explained my situation and prognosis. I’m very hopeful I won’t need to go back for another (although the injection wasn’t that bad-I even watched).

Dr Jones has been my Dr since 2018. He repaired a bad tear in my shoulder and made my life much easier. He also helped me with a PRP injection in my Achilles that was on its way to rupturing and my elbow that had arthritis badly. The PRP worked! Dr Jones will offer different treatments to treat his patients besides just surgical repair. He is also a very nice man and his staff is amazing as well. I have been going to Dr. Jones for quite some time. He has performed numerous procedures over the years, (quad tendon repair, biceps repair and rotator-cuff repair), and I have always had the best experience(s). Dr. Jones is extremely professional, but very personable at the same time. He gives you a confidence level as well as a comfort level knowing that you have made the right decision to put your medical needs in his trust. Every aspect of the practice, from the initial visit, to any procedure that is prescribed, to physical therapy is second to none. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his Team!

Excellent care and extremely pleased with my results.

Very positive experience with the entire office. From front desk to radiology tech to PA and Dr. Jones, everyone was friendly and professional. This was my initial appointment and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. That included x-rays and treatment. Very efficient and smooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones and team.

1st time seeing Dr. Jones for my shoulder. He did a thorough exam of my rt shoulder and explained everything on my XR and what we could do for the issues on that imaging. Also why an MRI was needed to get a better view of what is going on with my rotator cuff, so that he could assess what needs to be done for that as well. Very personable and genuinely caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone that asked. Thank you Dr. Jones....hard to find docs like you....I appreciate you!!!

Went to Dr Jones for a second opion on my shoulder replacement surgery I had with another Dr so Dr Jones sent me for tests and found out why I have been having pain and movement issues he will be doing my surgery on the 5th of April to fix the problem his staff was great and he was easy to talk to and he definitely listened to the issues I am having . Would highly recommend him to any body having issues or just for a second opion before you have surgery

Tiffany and Dr Chris Jones were wonderful! As Dr J had surgically repaired my other shoulder a couple of years ago, BTW it still feels GREAT, I went to see if he would consider injecting my other shoulder which has been waking me up at night. Very caring, doc ordered X-rays which were done while I was waiting on the doc to return. The X-ray technician was friendly and efficient. Dr J—after an exam and looking at the X-rays—utilized ultrasound for precise needle placement into my shoulder joint. A little bit of pressure was all I felt during the injection which only took a few seconds. 48 hours later as I write this my shoulder is tolerably sore, but less sore than before the injection. I expect given a few more days it’ll be much better! Tincture of time! If you are considering a shoulder injection as a less invasive alternative and if that is indicated in your situation, Dr J is very good! Hope I won’t need surgery, but if I do I’ll be fortunate if he is the surgeon.

Dr. Jones is clear and to the point. He explains your test results so that you can make an informed decision. Would highly recommend him for your orthopedic needs.

Dr. Jones is amazing. He helped me with my shoulder when other doctors in the area said I wasn't fixable...he fixed it. Now I'm revisiting him for knee issues and I know he will make me as good as new again!

I’ve actually had two other shoulder surgeries by different doctors. Unfortunately, I was still unable to do many of the activities I enjoy (climbing, cycling, camping) and I still had chronic pain. Dr. Jones did surgery and I was able to regain much of my mobility and no longer had serious chronic shoulder pain. I recommend him to anyone I know with shoulder issues. Honestly, he was a life saver

Dr Jones did a reverse total shoulder replacement Revision on my shoulder a year ago.I couldn’t be more pleased with the results,not one problem.I appreciated very much the quality time at every follow up appt. And his genuine care. He’s the Best of the best.

Excellent shoulder doctor. I had a reverse shoulder replacement July1, 2020. It has recovered and almost back to full strength as of this date. Now at 78 I'm scheduled for the same on the right shoulder on May 5th. I didn't find it a difficult procedure. MY MAY 5TH SURGERY WENT GREAT. YAHOO...NOW I HAVE TWO NEW SHOULDERS. THANKS DR. JONES...ANOTHER GREAT JOB!! Very little pain if you stay ahead of it. I started using Over the counter pain medicine within a week. The week after surgery I started going to physical therapy which was very easy. If you do your exercises that the PT tell you to do at home, you will be surprised how fast and easy you will recover. I am seeing Dr Jones again, unfortunately, due to injuring my right shoulder in Dec and he will be doing another surgery this coming July. Not looking forward to the whole process again but I know Dr Jones will do a great job in repairing my shoulder. Dr. Jones preformed Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement on left shoulder two years ago. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! To be able to use my arm without pain is great!

Dr. Jones was great in diagnosing my shoulder injury. He didn’t rush to recommend any overly aggressive testing or treatments and was very thorough in explaining the issue.

My first visit was a second opinion and I was thankful I took the time to have Dr. Jones look at my should. Their attention to detail, care plan and follow up has been tremendous. Looking forward to having Dr. Jones get me back “in the game”

Dr. Jones performed a total joint replacement surgery for me approximately 3 years ago. I can tell you this about Dr. Jones, he's the best shoulder surgeon there is. I was living with extreme shoulder pain for many years. The pain became so extreme I couldn't deal with it any longer. I was lucky enough to hear about Dr Jones and after my first consultation with him I decided to trust him with my care. Don't suffer for years like I did. If you're contemplating surgery go see him, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Jones is an excellent surgeon. He has replaced both my shoulder joints in the past 3 years due to arthritis and the pain that comes with that. Both my shoulders are now great and pain free and move like normal joints . I am so very thankful to him for his expertise and outstanding skills as a surgeon. He takes the time to talk to me during appointments, is personable, and is genuine in his interest in my continued progress. Without reservation, I would recommend Dr. Jones as a surgeon. Dr Jones is one of the best Orthopaedic doctors I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. His skill and experience is unmatched and I will and have recommended to many people over the course of our eleven or twelve year medical acquaintance. It is not unusual for him to occasionally personally pick up the phone to check up on me or any his other patients instead of relying on his staff. This to me is someone who cares how his patients are doing after he has done surgeries or procedures on them. I highly recommend this gifted doctor.

Over approximately a three year period, Dr. Jones successfully performed surgery on both my shoulders. He always explains in detail any questions I may have and inspires my total confidence. Dr. Jones has an outstanding reputation as a surgeon, and he has earned that reputation. He performed an anatomic full shoulder replacement on me, and within 6 months, my shoulder is fully functional and obviously much better than my worn out shoulder which was replaced. Dr. Jones provided a good education for me on the procedure, he was attentive to my needs and concerns regarding pain management, and I’m not sure how the surgery and recovery could have gone any better. Dr Jones and I have a long relationship going back to 2014. He replaced my right shoulder and the results from me far exceeded my expectations. He did inform me that because of age and activity I would probably need my left shoulder replaced and the time has come for it. Dr Jones is working with my on scheduling and I believe my left shoulder replacement will go as smooth or smoother than the first. Dr. Christopher Jones came highly recommended by my primary care physician, Dr. Jeffery Kent. Two years ago Dr Jones did a total right shoulder replacement. I have visited his office for follow up appointments and the staff is wonderful. At each appointment with Dr. Jones he shows true care for how I am doing. He always takes the time to check range of motion, explains X rays, and answers any questions. My surgical result was excellent along with the surgery center and physical therapy center being in the same building. Dr. Jones is truly the best surgeon I could ask for. I visited with him yesterday for my two year checkup and my X rays and shoulder are great. I highly recommend Dr Jones if you have shoulder pain. I dislocated my shoulder in January. In doing so, my main concern was finding a doctor that I was going to be comfortable with should surgery be required. While researching Orthopedic Doctors I came across Dr. Jones name. After reading previous patient reviews, my concerns were put at ease. I live in Denver but was more than willing to make the trip to Colorado Springs to get where I felt was the right place for me to be. I contacted his office and was able to book an appointment within a few days. After meeting Dr Jones and going and over my condition with him, it was immediately apparent to me that I had made the right decision. His approach was very professional and he explained to me it was going to be a long road to complete recovery. Had my first rt shoulder replacement mid Jan 2021. The surgery went great I really wasn’t in pain, once I got a few kinks worked out with aftercare, I surged thru recovering in no time. I’ll be 78, working physically, just left his office yesterday, 6 mo ck up, and working on getting left shoulder scheduled, is this man great or what ?? that’s a YES, Thank You and your staff for caring, Respectfully

Post Total shoulder complications make for a one star review. Surgery comes with risks ... If you have a complication your MD is more important than ever ! Instead, Jones was dismissive when his surgical team caused complications. Jones and his Anesthesiologist caused nerve damage to unaffected arm during total shoulder surgery due to poor surgical positioning and stretching the neck for a long period of time. Patient awoke out of surgery with paralysis to the good arm ( as well as surgical arm). Radical tests followed and lots of sloppy post care by hospital( Memorial) staff and rehab facility. 6 months of complications followed the surgery, patient was unable to self feed, shower or toilet. Jones failed at protecting his patient from a preventable complication - he was careless about post op care and lacked genuine personal concern and responsibility. Dr. Jones literally dismissed me as soon as he walked in. His first words were "well since you're only 27, I can't imagine there's anything major going on with you". So I went to a different surgeon, and turns out I had to have major surgery in my shoulder because my ligaments were so damaged. Not to mention I had to ASK to have him review my ex-rays instead of him immediately reviewing them with me. Where they did show some medical issues on them. Dr. Jones didn't even give me the time of day. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Dr. Jones literally dismissed me as soon as he walked in.
