Dermatologist prescribed clindamycin phosphate didn’t realized I had so much dirt in my face till I used that glad I went to him.

The service I received here was terrible. . They removed a small mole on my arm, and totally botched it. It’s been almost a year and it is still causing me problems. Every doctor I have been to about this since has told me to never go back here. I would suggest you go elsewhere. I am so disappointed by not only the lack of professionalism across the board, but the lack of knowledge the dermatologist has. I was given multiple conflicting answers regarding various concerns. they’re always late even though I have an appointment. anytime i go I’ve had to wait 45 min to 1 hour to finally see the doctor. It wastes so much of my day.

didn't get to see the Docter, after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment, the receptionist (not friendly , rushed) wanted me to reschedule if I wanted to see the Docter.!....It was my first initial visit! So I decided to see the nurse practitioner anyway-big mistake, she literally crossed her arms, tilted her head and looked like she was annoyed the whole time which was maximum five minutes. she kept interrupting me when I was telling her about my symptoms, she kept disagreeing with things I was saying about what I had experienced, she belittled my problem and basically made me feel like I was wasting her time. I have a chronic condition for eight years, and I have never had such an uncaring nurse practitioner before. She didn't look at the skin properly, didn't take any swabs, and did not ask any meaningful questions. she was not interested and is not a caring NP. I felt judged and she made me feel like any investigative tests would be a waste of time. To each their own. For me the front desk was not friendly at all. I was going to go back but thankfully I didn't. When I went to schedule my 2nd appointment. I said thank you and the lady said NOTHING. The vide was very negative. As for Dr. Ho he was there and straight to the point. He did let me know they can't remove color. Treatment here is rushed and the bedside manner of the PA Cheiny is severely lacking. She displays zero compassion or patience to listen to patients.

Rude staff. I spoke to few different staff member here to try to gather information before I make a trip. But man, I’d highly recommend to train the employees to better explain COVID policy, basic operations of what the doctor specializes in over the phone.

I felt extremely rushed during my visit. Dr. Ho barely spent anytime listening to my condition history and jumped to his conclusion within literally 1-2 minutes. The medicine he prescribed me was useless and made the condition worse. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to come to this facility.

Overall, this clinic lacks compassion towards their patients. Ms. Cheiny Shiau needs to work on how to communicate with parties t who have limited knowledge on her field. I went for a scalp problem that I have suffered for years with the hope to treat it once and for all. She only spent less than five minutes with me, and when I tried to make a comment about my medication, she immediately made remarks with a tone of superiority that made me feel dumb. None of the treatments she has prescribed have worked, and as many others know, these treatments are very costly. I felt rushed. The doctor never introduced herself when she entered the room. She never addressed me by my name or asked me how I was doing. She seamed very cold and in a hurry. My experience with Dr Ho and his entire staff was tremendous. I would strongly recommend Dr HO to anyone looking for a highly professional, thorough, skilled and thoughtful dermatologist.

Fast and efficient! Went there for tattoo removal and very happy so far. It's too early to post results but I'm happy with the overall experience.

My daughter had an appointment with a Dermatologist at this location. The building is bigger that we had anticipated. The building has multiple clinics. The clinic where she was being treated is clean, bright, well staffed and they are following Covid-19 guidelines. We had our temperature taken as soon as we walked in. The staff is friendly, courteous, well informed and attentive. The Specialist answered all of our questions which definitely gave us peace of mind. The treatment rooms are also very clean and bright. I was not satisfied with the lady doctor who checked my condition, she didn't look thoroughly on my condition. No two minutes. She gave me a prescription and then left. It seemed she was in a hurry.

Great and straightforward dermatologist. Clearly an expert and knows what he is saying and will admit if there’s any uncertainty. Further, takes my insurance and you actually see the MD as opposed to the PA like at so many other practices.

I was told once there are no emergencies in dermatology. However, my husband had a severe rash and the itching was unbearable. I used their website in the evening and got an appointment for the next afternoon. When we arrived, we were taken on time and saw Dr. Ho right away. Dr. Ho is a kind compassionate doctor who treats his patients very well. I was most impressed with his technique in addition to his flexibility. My wife had an appointment and I went along for him to quickly if possible freeze off a couple of items on me. I did come prepared with an Authorization from my insurance company. The receptionist and his PA were both skeptical if he would see me as they should be. He however when we ask to see him immediately stated; “No problem”, and completed the procedure. Dr was extremely dismissive of my concerns, barely looked at my condition, rushed me when I tried to explain my history with my condition, and asked me very few questions about what I was dealing with. He was very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Took time to listen unlike previous dermatologist I’ve gone to who misdiagnosed. Would highly recommend.

Dr Ho is the man. I was referred by my tattoo artist for a removal, and i couldnt be more pleased. setting an apt online was easy, and my apt was confirmed within ~10min. Dr Ho was very helpful, informative, and just an all around pleasure. looking forward to many more visits in the future.
