Dr. Haekler took the time to listen and make sure that all of my medication refills went through before he left the room. Really enjoyed my interaction with him

Had horrible experience with nurse over at crockett medical center My son has asthma and they never sent in his medication to the pharmacy. Also when my daughter got her shots the nurse didn't wear gloves to take the blood test . On top of that the nurse didn't provide me with the shot records or the shot paperwork. Than when I called supervisor The nurse blamed it on the cna which she didn't give my child gbe shots This is horrible office to deal with. We decided to change doctors. Don't recommend that office . Dr. Haeckler spends the necessary time to attend to his patients needs and does not keep them waiting or feeling rushed. His assistant, Ms. Haeckler is polite, helpful and expediante in her responses.
