Very professional/courteous and did a great job as well as took the time to explain everything in details

After almost a year since hip replacement and still can't walk right. Two follow ups and he told me everything looks good. I figured just still needed time to heal. When i called back to tell them I'm still in pain and not walking right I'm told well you are going to have pain. I then told Shelia i had no more insurance i was completely ignored. Three messages left and no return call. Guess he doesn't care about shoddy work. When i do get insurance again you can bet I'll go to someone else to fix his mistakes. Then maybe look into suing him. Hands down the best doc . He did my acl surgery. Very attentive in describing the procedure and great instruction while doing rehab. Shiela is the best.

I broke 3 bones in my right leg at the ankle in 2015 and he did the surgery to place 7 screws in my ankle. Surgery went well, ankle healed and now i am able to walk many miles, run if i want, swim etc. Good outcome.

Highly recommend! Total left knee replacement. He is very detailed with his explanations and his post-op follow through. I feel as if I have my life back! Thank you for all that you did for me, I just wish I had done it sooner!

Well, I do not think anyone is working for this doctor. I called multiple times trying to get an appointment. NO answer at all.

The communication with Dr. Gayden and his staff are excellent. As a Gerontologist I recommend his services.

The worst experience I have ever had by a Dr. Referred by North hills hospital. I would not recommend this Dr. To anyone. He did not believe I was in pain and had no idea why I could not move my shoulder. Told me my insurance would not pay for an MRI AND it took his office a week to schedule it.

Iwas told to have an MRI done. And he never did anything. I called to ask for my X rays back. And they never sent them to me. Now I have an appointment with another dr. And I can't find my Information or xrays. This is not right. I need this information. I was told by the office person that I would b gettingmy xrays back. So where ae they.

He treated me like a I was less of a person because I was a work comp patient.My knee was terrible after surgery.When I told him it wasn't right and hurt alot ,He said he didn't need to see me again.I had to have a second surgery with a different dr.Terrible experience.

I don't know if this guy is a quack, or is just too damned lazy and worthless, or just likes to play headgames with everybody!!!! I've been needing to go to a orthopedic specialist for some months now, and I can't seem to find one for one reason or another.....like this idiot. I've called several times to make an appointment, and all I get is an answering machine...and YES, it IS during their stated "business hours". I've gotten ONE phone call return, who left a message on my phone, and I called back, and yet AGAIN got ANOTHER voice mail!!! You CANNOT get a LIVE person on the phone from this guys office!!! I doubt he does ANY business since you can NEVER get through........so WHY he's in business in the first place is beyond me!! I mean, WHY would you spend years in medical school JUST TO PLAY HEADGAMES with the public??? In 2001 he performed a surgery on my right arm raduil head replacement. in 2112 after several visits he told me nothing was wrong and refused to see me. in 2014 I went to another Dr and was told the surgery was not done correctly and has caused more damage.Eight months later I found a DR in austin who fixed it and in his report it stated the first DR did not perform it right and transplant feel out.
