Dr Cote has always been so kind. He has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Cote's noses are a work of art. Seriously. I hated my nose before. He made my nose look awesome and kept me looking like myself, if that makes sense. Don't go anywhere else.

Before I made the decision to go with Dr. Cote as my surgeon for a revision rhinoplasty, I was booked and ready to go with another surgeon (let’s just say it didn't feel right). Once I met with Dr. Cote I knew he was the one. He is great at what he does, an artist! He corrected all the things I wanted corrected, so I am very pleased with the result. For the revision rhinoplasty I needed a rib graft (my own rib was used, and Dr. Cote did an amazing job with that process as well). I will warn anybody getting a nose job that when the cast is removed, and for months onward you will go through a whirlwind of emotions. Your nose changes so much as it heals. I am 4 months post op and my nostrils and tip are still changing. Everything looks great and evened out. I highly recommend Dr. Cote and to trust him with the process. All the staff at the office is amazing as well! You are in wonderful hands with Dr. Cote and his staff at Faces First! They are very knowledgeable, helpful and did a great job explaining the entire process of my surgery to me. I felt very well informed and am so happy with the results.

Dr. Cote was rude and impatient with me during my consult for rhinoplasty. He was defensive. It's a consultation with morphed images. I was polite and reserved and I was very nervous and scared, and he did not put me at ease. He seemed to not like that I did not love his first suggestions. Did he want me to jump for joy at his first suggestion and be so grateful to even be in his presence and able to PAY HIM? Was he annoyed that I wasn't more enthusiastic in our medical consult? I will never know what I did to him. He tried to tell me that I was contradicting myself "you said you liked that, now you're complaining about it". Yes he used the word "complaining" in a consult. He repeated curtly, "I did not do anything to that area" when I explained three times that if he did not do anything it would result in asymmetry and my preference was straightness. My preferences were clear, in short he was gaslighting me. He pretended to not understand what I meant and parsed words. He said "Is it a millimeter different? This isn't going to work if you want it a millimeter different" and kept repeating he can't guarantee results. "This isn't going to work"? He had the "been doing this 20 years line" and then abruptly got up and said "Julia will see you now" and he heard me ask a question as walked out and he kept walking. He didn't like my precision and attention to detail in my vision of him cutting up my face? If you have no patience for a new and nervous patient, I am not trusting a mean little man with a knife to my face. I will give my $12,000 to a nice doctor. I spread the word in my Facebook group because the way I found him was by asking for the best Denver doctor for rhinoplasty, he was not mentioned as the best, but just one. I had a rhinoplasty in May of 2021. Dr. Cote and his team have been amazing from the first consultation to my almost year check-up. I am beyond happy with my results. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

I had a terrible experience with a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Cote. My nose is now crooked and the tip is even more bulbous than prior to my surgery. I attempted to explain my concerns but was met with a rude, arrogant attitude. He blamed me for "over-scrutinizing" my nose and completely dismissed my concerns. It's so disappointing to have spent thousands of dollars for a nose I'm extremely self conscious about. I'm currently saving for a revision rhinoplasty.

I am one week out from my septo/rhinoplasty surgery and am feeling so good already. Recovery has been so much better than I anticipated….Yay!! I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery. Not only are Dr. Cote’s credentials impressive but so is his bedside manner. He is an amazing surgeon that I would recommend to anyone. He went to great lengths to make sure that I wasn’t in any pain. You can tell he is a Dad because he is extremely caring and listens. I also cannot say enough about his staff mainly Julie. Every one was nice and helpful

My husband lost his hearing in his right ear several years ago due an acoustic neuroma surgery. During a recent office visit with our PCP he said my husband had significant ear wax buildup in his good ear. We tried using OTC ear wax removal kit; that didn't go well at all. We started looking for an ENT and thankfully found Dr. Varun Varadarajan; one of his areas of expertise is acoustic neuroma...bonus for us. He was genuinely concerned about caring for my husband's good ear. Dr. Varadarajan removed the ear wax; we actually watched the process on a monitor… very cool. In addition, Dr. V did a hearing test; the results were faxed to our Audiologist so he could do a comparison to the older results and determine if my husband's hearing aid needed an adjustment. A couple of weeks later we went to the Audiologist, no hearing aid adjustments required, however, we were amazed to hear that Dr. Varadarajan actually called the Audiologist and discussed the option of Cros Hearing Aids. Wow… a doctor that goes the extra mile for his patients… Dr. V is a definite keeper. Thank God we found him. He is attentive, energetic, friendly with a great sense of humor, he made us laugh and he loves to laugh, he's brilliant, and most importantly genuinely concerned and unbelievably caring. Our daughter was born with very “floppy” ears. Our pediatrician suggested looking into the ear well system to help shape her ears. I could not recommend working with Dr. Cote enough! I’m incredibly happy with the results I’m seeing, even at just four weeks post surgery. Dr. Cote actually listens to what you want, and is not only able to deliver, but is able to do so in a way that appears natural. Again, could not recommend him enough. Dr. Cote and his staff are exceptional at what they do. I felt so cared for from the moment I walked in to discuss my options to become more youthful through a facelift and having my eyes done. Terrible. He was late to every appointment I had with him, even when I went out of my way to schedule the first appointment of the day. When he recommended surgery, I said I would need to think about it, then was immediately sent to the surgery scheduler. Seemed oblivious to my concerns. Did not do a good job of explaining the diagnosis or answering questions.

Great standard of care. My procedure was done in office so didn’t need to pay for a surgery center. I look great!

While I had a fine overall experience with Dr. Cote and his practice, the results of my procedure were not great. I went to Dr. Cote for a septoplasty as I had a deviated septum and was unable to breathe out of half of my nose. The recovery was painful as they used stents which were left in for a week. It has now been over a year since my septoplasty and my breathing abilities are no better than they were before the surgery. Overall, it was a painful experience with no productive result. Dr. Cote did a great job with my nose surgery. I love the results they are exactly what I wanted.

When I was considering a face lift I had no idea where to start looking for a great surgent so I googled for a surgent in my area (Highlands Ranch). Since most people do not want any one to know that they have had a face lift I did not have a referral. In my google search I found Faces First and made an appointment with Dr. Cote. During my appointment I was unable to get a good feel on Dr. Cote because I really need to see peoples faces to get a first impression. Since COVID this has been a difficult task since we all have to wear a mask. The only thing I had to go by was Dr. Cote's wonderful credentials and trust that they were accurate. After hearing Dr. Cote's recommendation to get the results I was looking for I was a little nervous since he was suggesting on a full lower face lift surgery. After doing a little more digging on Dr. Cote's credentials I decided to move forward with the surgery. I had the surgery this February 2021 and I am super excited about my results! My family and friends can not believe how wonderful I look and claim that I look twenty years younger which is kind of nice since I am 59. Ultraslim review I had gained about 20lbs and through a strict diet and exercise I lost about 5 pounds of the weight I gained. I continued the strict diet and exercise but my weight seemed to have plateaued at only losing 5 lbs no matter how much I exercised and dieted. My goal was getting back to the weight I used to be but it felt impossible. I signed up for the Ultraslim 6 treatment deal. Showed up my appointment went to front desk got paperwork which wouldn’t be a problem for most people I have a severe learning disability I am an elderly man I tried to fill it out the best I could when I went to the front desk and told him that I couldn’t I was told that I’d have to bring somebody with me that could but when I made the appointment I was told not to bring anybody except myself because of Covid so I had to leave without even Seen a doctor very disappointed took me two months to get into see them. You come across a doctor like this very rarely. Very knowledgeable and caring at the same time. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Swartz and his staff. Dr. Swartz improved my quality of life big time!

Terrible....he convinced my husband that he needed a rhinoplasty to correct his breathing...when jn fact he didnt. He promised no snoring , better breathing, better oxygen intake etc. Cote collected an additional 5,000 for surgery not covered by insurance. Beware.........

Overall, I would say my experience with Dr. Cote was okay. He did help resolve a medical issue that I was experiencing so I would give him a 3/5 for the ENT experience. I had a negative experience with Dr. Cote for a cosmetic procedure consultation (rino/septoplasty). Dr. Cote was late for the consultation. He spent a few seconds altering the image of my face and asked if I liked the features he was editing. It felt very rushed and transactional. I had many questions regarding his experience with these types of procedures (as one would when they are meeting with a doctor to discuss plastic surgery) and he proceeded to ask me if I was a lawyer. The experience made me uncomfortable and I decided not to move forward with his services for the surgery. My recommendation to others is to always advocate for yourself and trust your gut when talking with doctors/plastic surgeons. If it feels transactional and rushed, look elsewhere.

2 stars for his patient coordinator (dark hair lady) as she is pushy, rushed and appears to only care about her commission- to land the sale (surgery) Dr. Cote is great and seems compassionate. But once he leaves the room, you’re on your own and the experience is like buying a used car. Appointments are always 65 minutes behind, so plan on 2 hours for a 30 minute visit.I won’t be using this practice because the sales people appear to run the practice. If I can’t trust the “quote” and pushiness to schedule the surgery, there is no way I’m trusting you with any of my family’s face. I spoke with Linda and explained the situation to her and that we were on a timely schedule due to her having to go back to college in a couple weeks! She got right on it !! Without any delays we were able to see Dr. Cote the following morning. He was able to exam my daughter and book her in his busy schedule for nose surgery in a couple days. Dr. Cote was wonderful to work with. He was sweet to my newborn and very gentle when working with his ear mold. His assistant Elizabeth was also incredible, always had a smile and very thorough when she cleaned and took care of my sons ear. Dr. Cote did a superbly outstanding job of reconstructing my nose. My nose was broken in two places, had a deviated septum and one sinus completely blocked for several years. He requested my permission to have another surgeon join him so he could teach him the techniques that he uses. (He really is the doctor's doctor and is nationally recognized for his expertise.) The results of the surgery are impressive. The appearance of my nose is 100% improved. Deviated septum no longer exists and both sinuses function properly. One of the added benefits is the tremendous improvement in my olfactory senses (ability to smell). Food, wine, plants, flowers, even people are "extra sensory perception" experiences. Dr. Cote and his staff were amazing. I had a surgery done to fix my nasal passage. Not only was everything explained in detail prior, but the results were better than expected. My recovery time was low with no impact to the outside of my nose. I would recommend Dr. Cote and his team 100%. My criteria fit a through the nostril procedure, but even if it had not I would trust the Doctor and his staff with whatever procedure was required. Follow up to review on Mar 22, 2020. Dr Cote's office replied and said my poor experience was due to COVID. My appointments were in 2019, starting in June. Yep, no. Nice try. You can't even own up to your patients feedback and you blame them on the public health crisis. My appointments were in 2019!! WOW!

Almost every appointment was late and all were rushed. At first, Dr. Cote comes across as kind and compassionate. Afterward, any questions or concerns I had were essentially dismissed and left me feeling invalidated. Would not recommend based on results or patient care and experience.
