I have been coming to see Dr. Colgin for about 15 years now. My 4,3, and 18-month-old also enjoy getting adjusted. My aunt even comes from San Diego to get adjusted from Dr. Colgin. I wish I could give him 10 stars. I’ve had chronic back and neck problems for years and he is the only one that I will let adjust me and has helped me move forward without medication. He takes time to get to know what your problems might be an adjusts accordingly. I am not sure what I would do without him. If you want to feel better get adjusted by Dr. Colgin. Went to the Chiropractic Rocks convention and was adjusted by Chris. My body felt so much better when he adjusted my back neck and hips. I would highly recommend him.

Everyone wonders if these reviews are made up…well mine is a true story. I am 61yrs old and from Foster City CA. I was looking for a chiropractor in my area and found Chris on line. His reviews were excellent so I decided to drop by after work and see the place. When I got there the sign said weight loss clinic so I was a little confused. Poked my head in the door and was greeted by Chris himself. We had a quick chat, he was very professional. I set up a return appt and was very satisfied with my adjustment, I had found my chiropractor! That day we began a conversation that would start an amazing journey for me. While only about 12 lbs over weight I was having a multitude of issues. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and none of the masks had worked for me! On bp & cholesterol meds and using allergy meds daily while still blowing through boxes of Kleenex, dealing with several food sensitivities. He had four words for me. “I can help you.” I was set to go on a cruise for vacay and decided I would work with him when I returned. He put me on a 4 week program called Detox 360. I followed it closely…no cheating. Chris was always available himself by phone or text incase I had any questions or concerns. After the 1st week I had only lost a couple lbs but my breathing became very clear, I was resting at night…It was working! I was a sugar addict and would start pounding the peanut m&ms at 7:30 am!....No candy on this program, but where were my cravings?! It was working! I am posting a photo from the last day on my cruise and an after photo from 5 weeks later. The weight melted off, and remember…the last 10 lbs are the toughest to lose! I did not work out but did walk my small dog 45 min to an hour every day. My goals are to start an exercise program & get off meds. (I have not taken allergy meds since week one) So….I thank you Chris! I am so happy I stopped by that day! Dr. Colgin is a relentlessly upbeat guy who truly loves what he does! You can see it in his demeanor, his knowledge of healthy living, and - not for nothing - all the certifications on the wall. He knows the nuances of the physical body, and yet through Dr. Colgin's program, I was able to also identify critical emotional behaviors that were affecting my life and health. It's all part of the Dr. Colgin's package, and for me, his services were helpful in adjusting not just the physical but the emotional side of me for better living. I have been working with Chris off and on for years and always go to him when my back, neck and shoulders start feeling off. As a daily commuter driving 3 hrs round trip in stop & go traffic add sitting on a yoga ball chair for 7-8 hours 5 days a week it's imperative that I see Dr. Colgin twice a week for an adjustment. I always leave his office feeling like I'm on top of the world! Thank you Dr. Colgin, you're AWESOME!
