Dr. Claudel was on call one weekend. He did not return my call all day. The next morning, I received a call from him. He shamed me for calling and was extremely unprofessional. He argued with me over the phone and hung up on me. I will not be returning to this practice. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a "professional".

Impressed that Dr. Claudel personally called to check on me the following day after each of my surgeries. I appreciated his concern.
