Dr Ciccone is an excellent provider and he and his practice works diligently on health issues on a very timely basis!

Great doctor and great people which appear to enjoy their jobs . I can tolerate these office visits for those reasons alone. I don't really care about my medical conditions since my wife of 51 years passed away, and I would rather be with her anyway.. my continued coming is only to keep me informed of my life's expectency so I can make plans . This is one very well operated medical practice. The administrative staff not only knows their role, they enjoy taking good care of their patients. They act as a team, support each other always on the behalf of their patients. Dr Ciccone's approach to prescriptive medicine is beyond reproach. You have his complete attention during every office visit, he listens intently to your issues, asks his own questions and combines it all into a health action plan specifically designed for you. I am a relatively new patient but have known of Dr. Ciccone for years and during that time he was recommended by numerous acquaintances. Over the last year or two, I did extensive research trying to find a general practitioner. All signs kept pointing to Dr. Ciccone. I find Dr. Ciccone highly knowledgeable and truly understanding. Dr Ciccone is simply an amazing physician. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Wonderful doctor. Never feel rushed in my appt.. He is very thorough and really listens to me. Office always gets me in for a appt when I need them.

Dr. Audra Albert is by far the most caring, concerned physician I personally ever had. She seems to genuinely care and is extremely knowledgeable while at the same time breaking explanations down to the patient so you leave actually understanding. I can't praise her enough. Excellent service and advice as well as a perscrition for spider bite infection

Dr Ciccone is wonderful. He has treated my elderly parents for years, and I have recently started going to him. He is well informed and up to date. Super helpful and kind.

It was a televisit . I had problems . We ended up having a phone call . He discussed my issues and asked me follow if I had issues . We discussed supplements. Great doctor

Dr Ciccone has been my primary care physician for over ten years, he is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He actually listens to his patients.

Dr. Ciccone has been my doc for 25 years and is now the family doc for my children and husband too! His office wait time is usually kind of long, but it is because he acts like he has nothing else in the world to do when he is with his patient!

Dr. Ciccone has been my PCP for over 20 years. He always greets you with a smile and warm greeting. His personality puts you at ease making it very easy to discuss any and all health issues. He’s very confident with thorough attention to details. He engages you in conversation during your exam which also helps you to relax and talk openly. He explains test results, diagnoses, treatments and procedures in depth so that you have a better understanding of your overall health and care. I credit my good health to his excellent care. Dr. Coccone is not just my physician, he’s my guidance to maintaining a long and healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Ciccone has been my physician for over 20+ years and I believe that type of relationship speaks to his professionalism and skill.

I went with a lingering cough (over a month) and Dr. Ciccone was able to diagnose after examining me. He explained what the problem was and the cough is gone. When he came in the room he did say he was going to take care of that cough. Wonderful!!

From the front desk staff, to the techs taking vitals and drawing blood to care givers, this is the Tidewater’s best primary care. Dr. Ciccone leads a great practice team. Audra, the PA, is exceptional; she studies constantly to be fully current, does her research into a patients care requirements and always follows up.

My regular doctor, Dr. Ball told me that he was leaving the practice to go to VA. Hospital, I really thought I was going to have to find a new practice because of the personal service I had been given for a long time. My wife talked me into seeing the new doctor, Dr. Ciccone. Right away I could tell I was getting a upgrade. He really takes the time to talk to me and I do not think it can be improved in any way. I really like Dr. Ciccone. Virtual visit on 5/8. I was having high blood pressure and called on 5/7. Dr. C recommended a medication change. BP has been fine since.

I was scheduled for a 6 month check up with Dr. Ciccone May 12th. He has been my primary care physician for at least 10 years. He is caring, competent, and professional. He takes the time to listen to my issues and how I have been doing between visits. obviously during the COVID19 pandemic he could have canceled the appointment as not essential or an emergency, but he didn't. He was interested in how I was handling the quarantine/distancing both mentally and physically. I needed to see an orthopedic specialist about a knee issue and I was notified before the end of the workday I had an appointment scheduled the next week. TPMG was changing over to a different patient portal. I told him I was not getting visibility on the new site. That evening there was a data dump of my medical records into the new portal. That is how responsive he is to his patients needs. I think of him not only as my doctor, but a friend. I would highly recommend him and his practice to anyone

My annual physical with Dr. Ciccone went without a hitch. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Ciccone to everyone. Whenever I go in to his office I am greeted by a very positive and wonderful staff, and by a most “patient focused” Dr. Ciccone. I have complete confidence in Dr. Ciccone and I do not hesitate to call him for advice and guidance.
