Dr Chapman has the best bed side manors. He takes the time to explain everything. He personal will call you back if you need him. He is the best doctor my husband and I have ever had.

Doc rushes through all my appointments. Doesn't listen after he asks questions. Bills me for a checkup where it's maybe 5 questions. Don't think I was even weighed last time. Asked about refills and rushed me on my way. Bills for labs but then doesn't go over them. His assistant calls and says everything looks good then I look into it and I'm recommend meds for high cholesterol but that's never mentioned to me. Oh and don't expect him to get a Rx right.... My first time to meet Dr. Chapman was a great he listens and explains the why and how come.. I highly recommend him.

My son was supposed to be a new patient. We made him an appointment several weeks ago based on the recommendation of my wife’s gynecologist. The appointment was scheduled for 2:00. Last evening, we received a message from the office telling us to be there at 2:15. We show up at 2:15 only to be told that Dr. Chapman will not see him because he’s late. As a new patient, he was supposed to be there at 2:00 to fill out paperwork. Mind you, they sent us links to complete all the paperwork online, so all of the paperwork was completed. I proceeded to speak with Stephanie at the desk. With my son standing there with me, she scolded him for being late. I explained that we were only following the directions we were given and that they needed to get their communications together. Stephanie was dismissive to me, so I demanded to speak with the office manager. After waiting 10 minutes, this lady comes out and I show her a transcription of the voicemail. They were not accommodating, whatsoever. From my perspective, this practice is a part of the previously “small town Conroe” and they aren’t interested in new patients. I have never been treated like that before. After voicing my complaint, the office manager came out and told me that I didn’t need to “have a fit” and that after she told Dr. Chapman what happened, he would be willing to see my son in a few weeks. Needless to say, I told her that I wasn’t interested. I wouldn’t take my dogs to this practice. Customer service is definitely a thing of the past. If you’re new, I’d keep looking - perhaps in the Woodlands. That’s where we are headed. My son was supposed to be a new patient. Last Update: received a call today from Manager Stephanie....she was so polite and got it all taken care of. It’s nice being able to speak to her and knowing that someone in billing does care. Thanks so much ???????? UPDATE: went for a yearly physical and they have not billed as preventative care for labs ( this is what yearly physicals should be billed as) According to my insurance they billed it differently, not preventative as it should have been!!!!. Did not get blood drawn for anything additional than yearly regular. So now I have to drive down there with the Bill?!!! Because I have been asked to go, now I got to go. I have to drive down there, take time to sort this out ????, also charging for other things. First time ever getting charged extra for a physical that my insurance covers fully. ???! Billing needs to improve. I still like the doctor, but billing is a complete nightmare I can’t even begin to describe the doctor at this facility. My doctor is truly amazing, I just moved and first time here I never felt so heard and so well understood. They have a lab in the office and it’s just the best experience by far. I know I am going to be well looked after and I won’t be changing doctors any time unless I move. Doctor Chapman is great, however I've had too many bad experiences with the office staff. They lost my medical records I have hand delivered to them including an MRI, which I had paid for. I also had to pay out of pocket once because my insurance hadn't sent me my ID cards yet. I asked them to mail me my itemized receipt to file the claim, and they never did. I called them later on inquiring about it, and they once again promised to send it. I had to go get it in person because they never sent it. Now there is another billing issue involving LabCorp that requires me to give them an itemized receipt from LabCorp so they can resolve the problem. I don't trust mailing them since they've lost records before and have issues mailing things themselves, so I'll have to take time out of my day to drive up there to hand deliver. I'm now looking for a doctor closer to where I live since the incompetent bureaucracy is costing my time. Doctor Chapman is great, however I've had too many bad experiences with the office staff. Amazing doctors, friendly and efficient staff, they are the BEST!

Dr.Chapman is a very thorough physician that provides the best quality of care. I would strongly recommend him as s physician.

Very thorough, knowledgeable and caring about you as his patient. Glad to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr. Chapman actually cares about his patients. He has been helpful to us for years and continues to be an excellent, attentive and caring family doctor.

Dr. Chapman is super down to earth and listened to my health concerns. I could tell he really cares about his patients. Officially found an amazing primary doctor. Highly recommend!!

We have been going to Dr. Chapman for a couple of years now and we think he is great. He is a very nice guy and very knowledgeable. I never have to wait long to be seen and he calls in prescriptions right away.
