Dr Centeno is the absolute leader in his field and it's easy to see why. He has a real commitment to his patients and was very thorough and professional. His staff was kind, knowledgeable, and we'll organized.

This was a very comfortable procedure. It started with my connection with Karla and having her answer all the questions I sent her. Then speaking with Dr Centeno and him giving me hope in this procedure. With my research all of the videos and website I felt very confident in coming to Colorado for the procedure. Then getting there I was greeted by an attentive staff and met Karla who answered any question I gave her. The meet with Dr Centeno was wonderful also as he spent time with us, answered more questions and looked closely at my shoulder problems. The entire procedure was very comfortable and efficient. Not waiting hours and hours when I already knew I had a long day was fantastic. The staff made me very comfortable for the marrow extraction and again at the Stem cell injections. Pain was surprisingly not terrible. I had a rough 4 days of sleep but after that it's been increasingly better day after day. I'm just over a week into this recovery and I feel wonderful.

PRP has changed my life for the better. I have a double cervical fusion and a diskectomy on my lower back. I was always in pain. I have had PRP several times and then got new MRIs and I have had two bulging disks on in my neck and one in my back. On my new MRIs they are now gone! i also got off my medication. 2-year Post-Procedure Review: My mother then 65 had been suffering from Osteoarthritis in both knees, for many years and her mobility was quite curtailed. It was exasperating for her as she has always been quite active throughout her life. She is diabetic and also had angioplasty done back in 2013. Knee Replacement surgery was not viable and was not something we would want to get done. I did some extensive research on Stem-Cell treatment and found Regenexx to be the pioneer in the field. We were traveling from across the globe, so we choose the flagship Broomfield Clinic in Colorado. However, we did contact one other Regenexx clinic and they refused the candidacy of my mother based on the fact that she is diabetic with heart related issues and Arthritis being quite bad, and I am so glad now that they did. I contacted Regenexx Broomfield and requested consultation of Dr. Jason Markle. MRI’s were sent through a courier along with Lab reports. He took the case up almost immediately. Lowering the HbA1c was advised along with daily intake of Turmeric Supplement to reduce inflammation naturally post-op. We flew from Pakistan – across the globe - with a couple of days stopover in London, UK and reached Denver, CO. The Hyatt house recommended by the clinic was convenient location with friendly facility just a mile or two away from Regenexx. They even have a complimentary shuttle service to take patients back and forth. The first in person interaction with Dr. Markle was pleasing and assuring. He has a friendly aura that surrounds his extraordinary personality and compliment his impeccable skills. You are rest assured that you are in safe hands and he is top of his game and knows exactly what he is doing. The whole 5-day treatment was explained in plain English. During the next 4 days, it went all according to the plan as explained before. There was little pain after the blood draw from the back and the injections in the knees but it was well managed by pain killers. The ever-smiling support staff and nurses were courteous, friendly and always took great care of my mother. Last day before we were leaving, they even gave us a free pair of crushes for us to take back to our hotel and then on-wards for our long-haul flight. Small gesture but enormous courtesy. Over next several months Dr. Markle has been reviewing her progress and suggesting advice as far as full treatment efficacy is concerned. I would highly-highly recommend Regenexx for Stem-cell and in particular Dr. Markle. With his brilliance my mother is almost cured of the menace of Osteoarthritis that she suffered for ages. Now almost 2-year post procedure, she has absolutely no mobility issues at all, but sometimes a little skeptical about climbing a long flight of stairs. I just came in for my second CCJ procedure. I have an unstable upper cervical secondary to a concussion and whiplash injury. My life, for about a year, was miserable. I would get up in the morning and would feel headachy, have neck pain, and high very slight loss of balance. My C2 vertebra would always be out of alignment no matter how often I got it adjusted. I performed testing with Dr Scott Rosa in NY, a world famous chiropractor who both diagnoses and fixes Atlas (C1) misalignments. He identified my misalignment, but due to injuries to both my Alar and Transverse ligament that support the C1/Atlas, I kept going out of alignment. This is where Dr Christopher Centeno and Dr Shultz come into the picture. Getting in took a while between my work schedule and their patient schedule, but I met all the criteria and last July went in to have my CCJ (Cranio cervical junction). Dr Centeno is very complete in his review and treatment options. I had severe tearing in my achilles tendons and with two consecutive concentrated PRP treatments I could walk again. Now, 8 years later I am getting another PRP treatment to heal minor tearing. I have also had PRP treatments for lower back and both knees to put off knee replacement for as long as possible!! Wonderful staff and amazing results!

Dr. Centeno has brought me back from a bed-ridden state TWICE after 2 separate occurrence injuries over the last 10 years. I was hit by a drunk driver going the wrong way at 70mph on I-25 in 2009. My injuries were complicated by previous injuries and I had little hope that anyone would be able to help me.
