Had to get the surgery no man looks forward to. Dr. Cassini completely walked me through step by step of the procedure and when to expect discomfort, which made the procedure easier. Would definitely recommend Dr. Cassisi to anyone!

Dr Casssis used to be a great urologist. He was helpful but the past couple of years it’s been Lyndsey that comes in and not the doctor. She hasn’t a clue as to what the problem is and also refers you back to your primary. Doctor Cassisi is not longer available, MIA

Dr. Cassisi pretended to care about my welfare as a patient but I viewed his efforts as lukewarm at best! And he demonstrated his lack of concern by sending a P.A. in to talk to me about what I viewed as the results of an important kidney test! The clinic staff was also uncaring and borderline rude! Dr Cassisi, does production line medicine and that's fine until you have a problem. I had a bad reaction to one if not more of the medication Dr. Cassisi put me on and I don't blame him for that, until you take the meds there is no way of knowing. The problem is when I started having problems and was in pain his staff said "we really don't this this is our issue". The pain got so bad I went to and urgent care facility and they said see your doctor. When I called to get an appointment to resolve the issue I was told I couldn't get in for at least three weeks, they didn't care that I was in pain and that body parts were badly swollen, that was just the soonest the Dr could see me. They reiterated that they didn't think the Meds the Dr put me on were the issue even though they are listed as side effects of the drugs prescribe. I stopped taking all the meds he prescribed and within two days things were much better. I went to my GP and came up with a better alternative treatment.

Highly recommend Dr. Cassisi! This entire practice was wonderful.

I have used Dr. Cassisi for several years now and I couldn't be happier. I like the fact he's not an 'alarmist' and actually listens to me. He doesn't use a protocol type analysis and treats me as an individual with unique problems. I also like that he takes time to explain answers to any questions I have. His staff is also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Best urologist I know.

Dr. Cassisi is the absolute best urologist in all of Georgia and North Florida. I had quite the problem with a doctor messing up my kidney prior to seeing Dr Cassisi and Dr Cassisi knew the problem right away. I will travel hours to see him. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Cassisi is an excellent urologist. He is extremely easy to talk with and share your concerns. He listens and addresses your questions. I would highly recommend him and his entire staff. I live an hour away and don't mind the extra drive to see him.

Dr. Cassisi is an outstanding physician who exceeds my expectations in terms of professionalism, education, training, experience and is a caring and compassionate practitioner.

Cassisi knows his business. I would recommend him to any poor soul with kidney stones

After months and months of fighting with a 10x6 cm kidney stone and being messed up by several doctors, a friend told me to go see him. Gainesville is quite a drive for me, but the only place I will go from now on for urology issues. He is the only doctor that cared and actually tried to help. I wish I had heard of him sooner as it would have shortened my downtime (almost a year of being in and out of the hospitals for stone fragments and kidney leak.)
