Rude. Arrogant. Extremely rough. No patience or empathy. Didn't make sure sedated and traumatized by experience

Terrible bedside manner, awful experience left my child traumatized

I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed, however, after my initial consults I had no worries that I was in good hands. The day of surgery the staff was kind, patient and understanding about my high anxiety. I woke up after the sedation feeling relaxed and Dr. Brown provided me with information to reach him after the surgery in case of an emergency, which put my mind at ease. Having surgery is never fun or comfortable but this team really went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be.

He did great with my surgery and I left a good review.. but I wake up feeling pain bad today and swelling i go in for a follow up and I get fussed out it was uncalled for and hurt my feelings its not necessary to talk to people like they r stupid im in really bad pain and that's the last thing I expect is to be fussed qt and the nurse with the blonde half shaved head is rude she don't even act like you r there ?? so I'm upset nobody should deal with that from a doctor.

It was a quick feeling cutting out 5 teeth he was kind and just so sweet his staff also thank u dr chris brown all the care u and staff has for others keep up the good hard work u do praying for y'all and your family also I would recommend u to anyone have a good night sweetie

Excellent experience for our family for my son’s wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Brown and his staff genuinely care about their patients. From the ease of appointment scheduling, to the preparation before the procedure and the follow up calls and texts afterwards you feel welcomed and cared for. They were efficient with our time and answered all our questions and did not rush us. Their team works well together and are all passionate about providing excellent care. So thankful for an awesome experience!

Dr. Brown is the best oral surgeon around. He is straightforward, honest, caring and efficient. i have known him for 30 years or so, and he has helped me with removing teeth, putting in implants, and with good advice. i strongly recommend him. Oliver Noble, Hickory, NC.

Absolutely horrible bedside manner! Not only did he make me feel 2" tall, he went on to yell at me about the whole reason I was there for help in the first place and practically berated me for having Medicaid! I would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE!

My husband and I both have had TRAUMATIC experiences with Dr. Brown! We would NEVER recommend him to a dog much less a human being!!! I would pull my teeth before ever going back here!

Mr Brown is a bit brusque but he is an excellent surgeon. My daughter did not even know that he had performed the surgery. He is very gentle and thorough.

Horrible bedside manner, rude, abrasive and downright unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend to worst enemy.

Arrogant, makes fun of and mocks patients, angry, raised voice at me and his staff. Belittles, berates, and makes you feel like he is way better than you and like he knows everything and you know nothing, especially if you are pregnant and still have your wisdom teeth and on medicaid. Downright disgusting bedside manner. I wouldn't recommend this doctor even if my teeth were rotting slam out of my head. I would suffer before ever going back to this monster!

Dr. Chris Brown saved my life . I had a terrible infection and he was able to get me in for surgery right away . I am so appreciative of this consummate professional and will send everyone I know to him . I neglected my dental care but he has me back on track .

So happy I saw Dr Brown . He saved me $900 in comparison to the other Drs in hickory . He was charming and well spoken . My surgery was wonderful and I was asleep and back at work the next day . Trust me , this is the surgeon to see in Hickory for any oral surgery at a fair price and with respect and kindness .

Most amazing oral surgeon I've ever been to. He did my wisdom teeth surgery quick and painlessly, while I was asleep the whole time. Very friendly also!

Dr Brown is the best oral surgeon in NC. He is the only surgeon I would ever go to. He and his stuff are so professional and caring. Five stars!
