Not recommended. Didn't call in my meds for my blood pressure/kidneys . Went to out patient at the hospital . Huge additional expense. In my opinion Dr Blazejowski could care less! Was told to go to the hospital by his staff rather than call in my prescription!! I should have paid attention to the other one star reviews!

This is a review on Dr Blazejowski. Being a first time patient i had appt with his nurse practitioner. Gave her my medication list she ordered blood tests which i had. I also gave her my medication list. My second visit had a appointment with Dr Blazejowshi went over my medications and lab work. Told him i needed several medications refilled. I get a discount for a 90 day supply however he only gave me 30! I get these medications with multiple refills before. Canceled my follow up appt because I had foot surgery. Made appointment for october 2nd. 5 days before my appointment I ran out of blood pressure medications which I desperately needed.I was told to go to emergency at hospital which is a major added expense. He could have ordered the meds 5 days before my appt!! I have several major medical conditions and require on going medication. Dr Blazejowski im my opinion could care less!! Im going to another doctor who cares about my health and well being !!

I have gone to Dr. B for over 10 years. Dr B always spends time with me - I never feel rushed.

Don't waste your time with this doctor's office. The NP and front office staff are terrible. Dr. Blazejowski is good but rarely available.

I was referred to this doctors office so I went for an annual check up. They had me go have blood work done and then called me and scheduled an appointment for me to come in and go over that bloodwork. Once I took a half a day off to go to the appointment they told me that they didn't have any blood work and that they don't call to schedule going over bloodwork which I felt was pretty bizarre considering that they called me three days prior to coming in. How else would you go over bloodwork if they don't call to do so. I was so frustrated at the dysfunction that I asked to speak to someone. I spoke with Mr. Patel and upon talking to him about the situation he became very condescending and not helpful whatsoever. He basically told me that if I wasn't happy that I could always go to another doctor, he also told me that he would listen to me talk in circles all day long but they don't have the bloodwork and never received it. I feel like this is the most unprofessional experience at the doctors office I've ever had. I tried explaining to him that they called me to come in and go over the blood work, not the other way around so obviously they had to of had the blood work or they would've not called me in the first place. People make mistakes every day and I have grace for that, it's all about how you handle those mistakes. This was mishandled from the beginning and after speaking to the person that referred me, they have had similar experiences. Obviously I will not be returning to this place nor would I recommend anyone to them as they are clearly dysfunctional and except no responsibility for anything. I’ve been coming to this doctors office for a few years now, but once they switched over to well med it became a dysfunctional nightmare. Unfortunately I recommended my wife to go to the same doctors office and she has had nothing but issues as well. It’s like the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing over there. They gave her prescription to get blood work done so she did. They then called her to have her come in and go over the bloodwork, and when she went there they say they have no idea what she’s talking about. They said that they don’t call people to have them come in and discuss their blood work as if my wife would just make it up, take a day off of work to go there for no reason whatsoever. Another time I scheduled to go in because my ears were full of wax and I was having trouble hearing so I want them to clean out my ears like they did in the past. The female doctor basically told me to go to the grocery store and buy some stuff to squirt in there, so she did absolutely nothing but had no problem charging me the co-pay for a useless visit. If these were the only two incidences, I might be able to see past this but this seems to be a trend with this office. The girls that take the calls have zero training. Dr Blazejowski is outstanding and is very attentive to my needs and makes sure I am in good health. I have zero reservations on his practice or the office. He’s the best family doctor I’ve ever had.

Dr Blazjowski is by far the best GP I have EVER SEEN! He is honestly the most knowledgeable and candid dr I know! He is also very Realistic as far as day to day living and expectations. Straight forward, proactive and very simple and common sense explanations. No doctor speak here. He explains things to you in common terms. I was given his name from my pain management doctor 10 years ago. Because he’s my doctors doctor! That says a lot. He awesome.

Dr. B is fantastic. He is patient-centered, thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. I would and have recommended him to several of my coworkers. He is very intelligent and is by far, the best Dr. I have had since moving to Florida 15 years ago. Can't say enough about how professional and caring his staff is also.

I am disappointed that Dr. Blazejowski does not perform physical exams. I've had three appointments with him so far and none of them included a physical exam. I do not believe that a complete blood test reveals all that can happen inside my body. My previous doctor, who retired, always performed a physical exam such as using a stethoscope to listen to whats going on inside me. I would appreciate if that was changed. Otherwise is ok.

I suffer anxiety as well as hypertension and high cholesterol. Doctor told me not to go to hospital if my blood pressure is over 200/100. Just go in a store and have a drink. Lol.... i never left an office so quick in my life.

Best doctor I have ever worked with. Smart, thoughtful, excellent. Takes his time with you. When he moved offices, I didn’t hesitate to make the 50 minute drive to see him at his Apollo Bch office - I’m from St.Pete. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying the Drs. are fine, I have gotten good care there, However, I am NOT a fan of having to make 2 separate appointments when i need a physical, and meds refilled....I was told my insurance requires it....That is NOT the case. I look at it as a way to get another co-pay, and office visit out of me. Also, they have you come in to get lab results, when they can just give them over the phone. Again, another co pay & visit. I don't know if the Drs are aware of this practice, or if this is something the office girls cooked up, but how do i trust them after being lied to? I questioned some of the practices from the beginning, but let it go, until I was inconvenienced, and it costs me extra money. ( I did call my insurance to check this ) They generally get you right in, and treat you just fine, the care is adequate, but the office policies are not good, they just cost you extra. Dr. Blazejowski is a wonderful doctor. Love this practice!

Dr. Blazeowski is by far the best GP my wife or I have ever been to. He is kind and can joke around, sure, but that’s not why we come... the guy is SMART. Think Dr. Gregory House without the snarky attitude. We changed insurance recently and he is no longer covered. Doesn’t matter. Been his patient for over 2 years. Only saw him once outside the initial. He is always on vacation and he takes long vacations. When I did see him, he basically said there is nothing wrong and had said he is in worse pain or he has my condition but worse and he is fine. Didn't believe me of my medical history until I showed him my records. Worst primary I have ever had.

I visited Dr Blazejowski while he was practicing in Tampa for many years. Was very disappoinred when he left for the Apollo Beach location which is too far for me to drive.

Absolutely love Dr. B., he is the first Dr I have been to that actually listened to what I was saying and diagnosed me correctly. He is kind and caring, yes, sometimes you may wait a bit to see him, but the care I get is well worth it.

Good doctor BUT unfortunately they have changed their policy with regard to prescriptions. They will only fill 3 to 6 months prescriptions and require an office visit (my time and copay) to get a refill. They claim it is for patient health but every time I've needed a refill they just ask "do you need any refills" and give you a script. I suspect it is a way to milk their patient's insurance for more money. But they aren't considering the value of their patients time! Time to change....

When I made the new patient appointment, I was hoping to see Dr Torres, but only Dr Blazejowski was available. I was very pleased with my care. He seemed to review my history before entering the room, and took his time to listen to me. He treated me with respect and gave good care. After the first visit, I decided to continue to see him for my primary care and have been happy with this decision. Also all the staff were very pleasant.

This place was a complete disaster. Appointment was for 2:30 and they asked me to show up 15 minutes early for paperwork. I showed up 20 minutes early, completed the paperwork, and was left waiting to see the doctor for over an hour! I asked one of the nurses how much longer and she said I don't know, I'm not the doctor, but he still has 2 patients ahead of you. I walked out.

Dr. B. is a doctors' doc. He is the most knowledgeable family care physician I have ever encountered and does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist when necessary. He is not your Marcus Welby style doctor, but he really knows medicine. He literally saved my neighbor's life by diagnosing a terminal condition in time for a successful intervention. If you want all-show-and-no-know, then Dr. B is not the doctor for you. If you want a medical genius, then Dr. B. is the doctor for you.

I would not recommend Dr. Blazejowski to anyone. He is extremely condescending, rarely looked up from his laptop, and belittled me for not remembering the name of a beta blocker I took a decade ago. He even asked if I knew what disease my last name was another name for (which I did) and he was wrong! Then he sent my script for a holter monitor to a cardiologist without telling me and they didn't take my insurance. They never called to tell me they did it, I called to pick it up. Don't go!!
