45 minutes late. Acknowledged he was late but did not apologize. This Dr was clearly unfamiliar with my chart, only asked one medical question and then proceeded to make general statements to me. It was clear he was unsure how to proceed and he came across arrogant and condescending. I have been following a protocol from a trusted provider for years and it has been working well. This Dr. has decided in one visit without asking questions to cancel the protocol. While it is possibly the right decision, based on this interaction, I do not have any trust in this person so I will seek a second opinion to confirm.

I am a former patient (I moved) who saw Dr. Birdsall for several years. When I had prostate cancer his counsel was invaluable. A good doctor.
