We recently moved from Atlanta. We were nervous about finding decent healthcare. Dr. Bassett has far exceeded our expectations. So thankful for him!

Dr Bassett is great, he took his time and made me feel comfortable. After two bad experiences at other pediatricians I am relieved to finally have somewhere to take my son that I feel good about. The whole staff is so nice and welcoming.

Your front desk and the people answering your phones are the face of your business. Very unfriendly and bad attitude over the phone.

Excellent medical care for kids at this pediatric office!

Best pediatrician. No wait...in and out! The kids love Dr. B's sense of humor.

Husband and wife often tag team and bicker while working. Physician is very sarcastic, nor fun loving, but obnoxious. Not a personable practice at all. Office is cold, not friendly. Positive, not a long wait.

After trying for over three weeks and two ER visits for my son to be seen I get an email from office manager/wife saying that the dr has a strict policy of not seeing new patients that are sick. You would think a DR would want to see a patient to help them get better but that's not the case here. They gave us an apt for another three weeks out once he will be over his sickness.

We had to switch pediatricians recently due to insurance and as you can imagine, we were somewhat nervous about beginning a relationship with a new Dr and team. The initial phone call was handled by Sarah and she was so very helpful in answering my questions and getting all the necessary information. Our 7 year old and 6 month old had wellness visits together and we had no wait time what so ever. We love that the practice is a husband and wife team. Dr. Julie was thorough in her initial exam and questioning. We then met with Dr. Basset and our anxiety was immediately relieved. Dr. Bassett brought so much levity to our visit. Our daughter said that she liked Dr. Basset because he made her laugh so much. He brought things to our attention that we were not made aware of previously and we feel that the team is very detailed.
