This is Hands down the best doctor in the area. Always looking out for my health. He moved years back and I hunted him down when I needed to start seeing someone again.Never leave us please.

I highly recommend Dr. Asuncion. He actually takes the time to listen to my concerns and we thoroughly discuss them. I don't feel rushed, the appointment isn't just 10 minutes. Once we're done discussing my concerns, he asks how I'm doing otherwise, if there's anything else. Sometimes there is more and we discuss it fully. From what I've seen reading other reviews, he's like that with all patients. Despite the sometimes long appointments, the wait time to get into a room and then to see him isn't any longer than appointments at other doctor offices. I caveat though, don’t get your blood drawn here. I got here at 9am when the phlebotomist gets in and it’s now 10am and I’m still waiting. There wasn’t anyone else in the waiting room or any paperwork to complete beforehand so I don’t understand why I’m still waiting. Go somewhere else for your bloodwork. Dr. Asuncion has been my primary care provider for over 20 years now. He and his Physician Assistants will go out of their way to make sure they're giving you the best possible ❤.

After they charged a non-show of $50, I had a debate over the phone with the office manager (see also another review I left in this medium). In the beginning they didn't want to waive it. They spoke with Dr. Asuncion and they eventually waived it . Not very good customer service. For something so simple they shouldn't need 3 phone calls to resolve it.

I have been a patient of Dr. A (I call him) for several years. His medical knowledge , attention to the needs of his patients are very rare. He takes time to adhear, " listening" attively before prescribing patients unessarity medicatcation. Dr. A aims the achievement for patients healthy lifestyle improvement, wholeness for their welbeing. I know personally ! because I'm a walking witness. The staff embrace you with the most professional warmth and welcome. No matter where I move to, I'll remain a primary patient . Their my medical family. Dr. Asuncion is the best! Not only does he truly care about your health, he is funny and takes the time to ask about your life in general. He also takes the time to explain things in depth which leaves me with no questions. Highly recommended!!!

Dr Asuncion is hands down the best Doctor in the area. What others say is true. You will leave there feeling like you just chatted with your BFF...that alone makes you feel better. He has been our family's Doctor for 10-15 years (whenever he started his practice) Besides being extremely friendly, he is exceptionally smart. His diagnosis is sometimes not what I expect, but he is always right! His focus is to get you feeling better asap with as little suffering as possible. If you think you are his favorite patient, you are right! Because at that very moment, you are! Because of his popularity, it is hard to get accepted as a new patient. Dr Asuncion is the Best at his bed side manners, a great listener, and most definitely a very knowledgeable MD!!! I've been seeing him for more than 20 years and have always been a fan of him!!!!
