Dr. Christophe Vanhemelrijck

Tried contacting him numerous times but never get a call back. If I do it’s from a nurse days-weeks later. I even tried communicating through the patient portal but didn’t hear anything back till a week and a half later by a nurse confirming that they received my Message and will tell my doctor. My reason for contacting my doctor was about a medication I’m on and having terrible side effects. Finally got a in office visit but it was a 3 week wait. Got there but wasn’t allowed to see doctor due to low grade fever (which is from my medication I called about). They said he will call me right then and there and do a over the phone visit. Waited 20 mins in parking lot and Didn’t get a call. I drove home (45 mins away)....he finally called in the middle of me driving I couldn’t answer so he left a voicemail saying he would call back later in the afternoon... never got a call back. 2 whole weeks passed and a nurse called me about my yearly physical. I DO NOT recommend Thundermist AT ALL!

I have been to see this Dr three times. Each time the visit and the communication or follow up with results have been abysmal. I gave his assistant a list of items to be discussed. He did not address any of them. When I brought them up he dismisses them. For example I requested an EKG. He actually told me the test is not worth it and don't show anything unless you are currently experiencing heart issues. He is a very nice man, just not a good medical professional. He is mailing it in and the facility that he works in, Thundermist, excuses his poor care and hideous communication skills. This place, Thundermist pushes the on line portal and yet, nothing is entered in there by their staff. I will not be returning to this Dr or this health Care facility
