Rude, rushed and hyper focused on one symptom, rather than seeing me as a "whole person". Very judgemental.

The provider was not outgoing or friendly. Spent a lot of time silently looking things up on the computer instead of asking the patient. Poor patient care compared to other providers I have seen. A disappointing encounter.

I needed to change Doctors because my primary doctor of 30 years retired. I was apprehensive to make the change but I found Dr. McCarthy easy to talk to, thorough and a very professional. Transitioning to a new clinic can bring challenges...but I've been happy with the people I have talked to and their timely responses.
