I asked what a seton was, she said “its a tube.” Then stared at with this expressionless face as if I wasn’t worth a 4 word sentence. Asking her anything resulted in these cheap answers. After surgery i had got no explanation what what she did, my discharge instructions were general discharge instructions which mentioned nothing about a surgery. I went home with no idea what to expect. When i called back to voice concern about pain that prevented me from sitting down at work, her nurse told that she said its not her problem because other patients didn’t experience that pain. Complaining to her manager, she said Jensen said i was calling to complain about chrones disease so my problems were not hers to deal with. Her responses and behavior were extremely stupid but don't think she is stupid, i think she’s dishonest and manipulative. unprofessional with no pride in her practice, no respect for others and cold hearted. Choose another doctor, its just a phone call away.

Dr. Jensen and her staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I've had many surgeries, I was still nervous, they all made me feel at ease.

I went to Dr Jensen with a diagnosis of colon cancer. She explained what needs to be done and scheduled all the tests and surgery... I found her extremely friendly and kind.. I go back for check ups semi annually and look forward to seeing her again... I couldnt have asked for a better doctor..

She never smiled. Lacked bedside manner. Made me feel like an inconvenience and out of line to bother her. Did not help me understand what was happening. Her nurse was just as cold and neither did anything to ease apprehension, fear and I walked out feeling like nothing was accomplished. The only positive I have is that the receptionist was wonderful.

I had my first appointment with Dr.Jensen recently. Dr.Jensen's examination of the Rectal area revealed a Fistula and I was unaware that this Medical condition involved myself. Dr. Jensen talked about the type of surgery that would be used to correct this condition, and Dr. Jensen made me feel at ease while she was discussing the procedure. Dr. Jensen has a very pleasant way of discussing the Pro's and Con's of the medical condition's that involves myself, and my thoughts.
