Ms.Herman is very easy to speak with and non-judgemental. Scheduling or changes therefor of are easy. I am scared of most situations but she is very good at putting you at ease. I am not expecting a magic cure to how I feel ,I did not get like this overnight. Unfortunately I have had my fair share of therapists and she is only the second one I feel may be able to help me.If you are suffering it would be worth calling her even if you are not yet sure you even want to feel better
