I saw her at the CareNow Urgent Care on S. Lamar and although slightly professional throughout the visit, she did not send in the medication she said she was going to and did not put on my discharge papers. I called 3 times and no response from her or the team. This was extremely frustrating as well because after seeing my primary doctor, they said I needed a different test and that Eady did not diagnose me correctly.

One of the most apathetic, patronizing and condescending providers I've experienced. I saw her in place of my PCP who was out on leave for some serious, acute symptoms. She showed no empathy. She took extensive notes, only to provide contradicting conclusions. She mandated through her assistant I come in for an office visit for referrals for specialists that my PCP (in that office) already directed me to see. In effect questioning everything my PCP had concluded from years of care. In one breath she advised she couldn't get a clear understanding of what was going in without "reading labs for acute symptoms." Then when I requested labs, she refused to order anything outside of checking one marker. When I advised her I had two labs taken two weeks apart that showed different high markers, she advised nothing could be concluded with another order -- an obvious contradiction. The visit was a complete waste of time and caused more frustration than help!

Caring, calm & thorough. I can't possibly explain how much that was needed.

Calm, thorough - easy. And I'm not an "easy" patient with a Rare Disease to deal with. Her office's wonderful care is greatly appreciated.

Dr Eady is down to earth no fluffy BS straight shooter...and she is empathetic and listens to her patient...She always takes care of Grandpa Bill and I will always use her services

Annual check up so nothing major. She was thorough, timely and expressed care. She was friendly and personable. I felt comfortable and relaxed with her.. in spite of her knowledge, she did not talk down like many doctors can do. Great doctor and highly recommended!

Dr. Eady has been our family physician for almost twenty years. She is always kind, considerate and treats us like family. She is impressive in her knowledge and ability to treat whatever problems we have had. I love that she always treats us like real people. She diagnoses, offers options for treatment, and allows us to decide on the course of treatment. Over all, I would give her an 11 on the 10 scale.

17 years as a patient, she always came with exact diagnosis. Would not change for any other GP.

Great bedside manner and straight to the concern.

I was in need of an appointment that day. I called the office the gentleman handling the phones was exceptional helpful. The office was out and I told him my situation and later that day he had me hooked up with an appt over the phone with Dr Eady who isn’t my regular physician and was happy to help me out since mine was out. She was so nice and pleasant and listened to my problems. I asked her to try and get an MRI scheduled for me which she did. I was surprised I got a call next morning from imaging to schedule. I would definitely give her 5 stars and recommend her. It was a bad time for me and the office and she handled it very well. Nancy Hill, Cedar Park Visit was on December 15,2020

I recommend avoiding this doctor if you have any other option. The visit was more unpleasant than the condition I went in for. Dr. Eady was incredibly rude and belittling. I usually give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but there is no excuse for a doctor treating a patient this way. If you can go anywhere else, go anywhere else. The office staff was very nice, and it was easy to make a same-day appointment, but that wasn't enough to make up for how awful she made me feel. Doctors like this are why people die instead of going in for a check-up.

I've been going to Dr. Eady for years. She's always been attentive, caring and competent. She listens and works to find solutions. She prescribes as necessary but doesn't over prescribe (doesn't throw antibiotics at a cold).

Dr. Eady is a good, competent, attentive doctor. No long waits, follows up.
