Although she was willing to answer questions, I found them unsatisfactory. My actual physical was under 5 minutes. She felt my breasts for lumps, took a Pap smear and was done. Another reviewer mentioned the missing of emotional intelligence. She lacks compassion and without it cannot truly be a good doctor. I will never go back.

Excellent. She is very clear and takes time to explain her recommendations. She is smart and well-informed. Her approach is to follow the latest guidelines for care. Less tests unless there is a reason to require an exam.

I've gone to Dr. Kwon for several years and always found her to be knowledgeable and helpful. This past visit, during the Covid-19 epidemic, she actually spent 15 minutes with me discussing ways to tackle anxieties that were affecting my health. Then she gave me a thorough exam. She also lets you know what she is doing and finding as she examines you. All in all, a really good gynecologist.

First the nurses' aid who called me mistook my last name for my first name. When I politely corrected her she did not respond whatsoever. Not only is this rude but considering how important medical records are, it is also troubling as a matter of (in)accuracy. The exam room was dingy and not very clean. Also the way the room is set up, if someone were to barge into the unlocked (and unlockable) room they would get quit the view. The doctor seemed competent but lacking in emotional intelligence and was certainly not very well versed in trauma informed practices. She was curt and sped through things. She does not seem concerned with patient care or comfort. She knocked once and barged in the exam room when I was changing even though I told her I was not ready. I was half clothed and instead of apologizing and leaving the room she just stayed and rattled off to me before leaving without even looking me in the eye. That was extremely bizarre. After the appointment the receptionist was rude and loaded me up with a list of administrative tasks for me to do in order to simply get birth control. I book my visit and waited 3 months for appointment. I was looking forward to my visit. But after a brief examination doctor did not have time to do pop smear. With a pleasant smile on her lips she explain that she does not have time to do it because other patients are waiting for her. She suggested to make another appointment and come again.

Dr. Kwon is wonderful. Caring, patient, excellent at explaining conditions.

Dr. Kwon is wonderful. She is expert, knowledgeable, kind, patient, thorough, gentle, clear in her explanations and very reassuring.

I've had a terrible experience with Dr Kwon and her staff the past year. The office NEVER returns phone calls. I've also gone in with specific problems that Dr Kwon has no solution for. So, I end up recommending my own treatment based on internet advice, which she then goes along with. Additionally, she put in an IUD, which she feared was not in the right place, so sent me for a $1000 ultrasound that my new gyno said was completely unnecessary. Summary: she is not a good gyno.

Dr. Christina Kwon has been my gynecologist for over three years. I do not see myself using a different physician any time soon - I find her to be knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. Dr. Kwon's availability varies - scheduling a same day appointment seems highly unlikely, being seen later on the week is the norm. Wait times vary - sometimes it's 15 minutes, sometimes it's 35. To help make the waits more bearable, free WiFi is offered here. As for test results, if you sign up to use the online patient portal blood-work results can be sent directly to you via email. You can also schedule appointments online. If Dr. Kwon is not available I usually see Physician's Assistant Pauline Higgins, who works with Doctor Kwon. I've been a patient of Dr. Kwon a little less than a year. So far, she's left me with a great impression after every visit. She's personable and patient when when I meet with her. She has followed up after every ultrasound by phone to share my results, and that is very much appreciated.
