Absolutely horrible customer service! The office staff are very rude over the phone. Not only that, but they don’t allow much of an advance scheduling and don’t offer many options. We chose not to return.

I would give no stars if possible, I called to set up an appointment as new customers and the lady who answered (I'm assuming is the owner) was extremely rude. When I would ask for different available times and dates that work for our schedule, she seemed to be very annoyed with my questions. She came off as if I should be thankful she even had availability. NO THANKS! Worst experience ever over the phone, I could only imagine how they treat customers when they actually go in and have questions. Been going to Dr Galos for 20 years. She has always been professional, helpful and consistent. Love her and her staff... my whole family goes to her now

DR. Galos has taken care of my family's eyeglass needs for many years. Her staff is very kind and respectful. Very patient with my decision and picking a pair of glasses . I've never had a problem.

This Doctor is exceptional and I highly recommend her and her staff for your optometry needs.

I arrived on time for my appointment. Doctor Galos sat at the front desk texting as I sat in the waiting room. Doctor Galos rushed through my eye exam because she had two clients waiting. I will not be returning. Glasses are out dated and covered with dust.

Dr. Galos has been my eye doctor for many years and has always done an excellent job. She is friendly, concerned for her patients, and very knowledgeable in her specialty.

Dr Galos and her staff are very thorough and easy to work with. I'm rather picky on my glasses (I prefer progressive lenses). Because I officiate sports, the lenses have to be "just right". They spent the extra time to listen to me, understand what I was looking for, and provide me with suggestions on how to improve my lens and frame selection.
