Have been told by doctors for years that I need to get my tonsils removed. She told me to gurgle salt water…. The worst experience ever. The place it’s self is so disgusting and unsanitary, I would never go back.

Quite professional physician but the front desk staff is awful. Treat you as an enemy.

My experience was positive. I had been having intermittent ear aches on one side. She gave some practical suggestions and I have not had another ear ache since. That was about two years ago. Yeah!

I would not recommend this place. I was referred here after going to urgent care in Berkeley for an ongoing sinus infection issue. Pros: was able to get an appointment on Friday afternoon for the following Tuesday morning. Personable front desk staff. Was seen late, by only by about 10-15 minutes. Cons: visit itself lasted maybe 3 minus. Was not even seen by Dr Corey, even though had made the appointment with her. Person who saw me didn't introduce himself. Even though am now on the mend and have a scan set up, didn't take time to understand my history with sinus problems. Just shrugged it off as "probably viral and to avoid places where I might catch it again." Not going back. I would not recommend this place. 0. I went to Dr. C's office for "Curcumen"-ear wax removal, referred by my Doc's office, over busy, in transition to new MD. Off I went. Appt for curcumen was clearly not relayed from front desk. My expectation, some kind assist would take out the wax. I arrived, Dr. C. came in, said there was no such referring arrangement between the 2 offices, clearly had not informed fr. front. Irritate, she became agitated, hostile, asking did I have an ear doc? I was confused, certainly by the energetic, and tired, chasing a 4 yr. old all morning. I said I don't know. Maybe? Not a consent for 1st exam. After 7 min+ - of frustration, Dr. C did a quick exam of both ears, Pulled wax from one. Other, too painful. Thrust Dubrov forward. When I asked what it contained, she did not answer and walked out. Charge to medicare $544. When I finally received visit notes, they were lifted from internet entirely, minus ear glance notes.. Mine, medical family, In practice myself 29 yrs. Sorry.

I was referred to her about a ruptured eardrum. Made an appt and saw her in a relatively short period of time.. one week. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, informative, patient, thorough and communicated well. I've seen her twice with a third and final visit to come. I'm pleased with her and her the staff. Dr. Corey has been extremely helpful and a wonderful doctor. She is clear, gives great suggestions, and has made a world of difference for me. She is a great ENT and I would definitely see her again.

I can not say enough about Dr. Corey. She is very warm, caring and at the same time professional. I had Parotid surgery, and I was very worried about my facial nerve. Dr. Corey did an excellent job.

Dr. Corey is a great combination of warmth, caring, and efficiency. I've been seeing her for five years and found her to be invariably patient and generous with her time. My visits are for routine hearing checkups, but she would absolutely be my go-to person for any ENT issue, however serious. Terrific and trustworthy. Just wish the office could be given a facelift, to match the excellence of the office experience.

I am sorry someone has had a bad experience with Dr. Corey. I have been treated by her for six years and I find her to be cordial, friendly, capable, intelligent and thorough. My feeling is that she is trustworthy and has looked out for my health. I rate very highly.

You do not want to see this doctor. She is taking advantage of people for money and using sketchy practices in her office to do so. She was unprofessional with my test results. Two years later, out of the blue, I am getting bills and phone calls from two different billing sources claiming I owe a large amount of money that I know I do not owe! I always pay my bills in full and on time. I remember thinking the doctor wanted me to come in for extra visits so that she could charge me and my insurance for more visits...now this is a whole other level, trying to squeeze more money out of me two years later. This doctor is scamming people, and to make it worse, SICK people! When I saw her I had TWO FULL HEALTHCARE INSURANCES (I had 1.75 jobs at the time), and my deductibles were met, so supposedly owing money makes zero sense. They have no explanation for claiming I owe money now other than "an adjustment was made with no documentation." Trust me, find another ENT! You do not want to see this doctor. My experience at Dr. Corey's office was by far, the worst experience I've had at a doctor's clinic. I had accompanied my partner for a consultation at Dr. Corey's office - and not only did we have an incredibly long wait time (~1 hr) - even though we arrived 20 minutes before our appointment - we were not even greeted by Dr. Corey before she started the examination. She rushed through the examination process and after 5 minutes, stated that all of the symptoms my partner was feeling was normal, and that there was nothing more she could do. As we were trying to ask follow-up questions to understand how she came to that conclusion, Dr. Corey's responses were terse, rude and disrespectful - even scoffing and repeating a question back to me. We both felt as if she was trying to rush us out of the consultation room in order to attend to the next patient. At the end, she told us to pick up prescription drugs that she called in for at our nearest pharmacy - which were apparently just over the counter drugs at Walgreens. I was very disappointed by my experience with Dr. Corey and reiterate the recommendation of the previous reviewer - to find another ENT. You do not want this doctor- taking advantage of people for $$; sketchy office practices. Unprofessional with test results. Staff and Physician are first rate. Highly recommend Dr. Corey

Just before leaving for a 3-week retreat overseas, I was referred to Dr. Corey for an ear infection. She did a thorough examination, asked me key questions, and really listened to me. Knowing I was leaving in five days, she went out of her way to squeeze me in and came in earlier than usual to follow up with my treatment three times before my departure. I found her to be warm, caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend her to anyone with ENT issues;

I visited Dr Corey for an abscess my neck. She presented the choices I had including no treatment. I opted for having it removed because it was large, unsightly and had the potential for growing and becoming more difficult to remove. At my pre-op exam, Dr C observed that the abscess had significantly diminished. She said that if I were her mother, she would cancel the surgery, which I did. She said I should return if I had any problems or if the abscess grew. I had no reason to return. ( :

I am sure Dr. Corey is basically competent, but I felt that she didn't listen to me or trust what I told her, let alone what my previous (retired) doctor had found from tests. She had her own ideas and seemed quite sure that she was correct and that I knew nothing about my body. She also was not open to new research the earlier doctor had told me about, and just said she didn't believe it. Arrogant and impatient would be two words that described how she seemed to me. I don't want to go back.

Dr. Corey displayed extremely poor bedside manner. It was the most disappointing consulting visit I have had in the past 10 years. When answering questions, she was more irritated and antagonistic than helpful in describing my current state. At the end of my check-up, she prescribed medications that we later found were all over-the-counter drugs! I ended up going to another physician right after. I strongly recommend saving your time and efforts and seeing another doctor.
