Without getting into too much detail, I stopped the process of signing up with this office very early on because of the person answering the phones. You can tell when you’re going to have a difficult time if you pay attention from the beginning. They refuse to tell you if they take your insurance or not and the front office person told me in a snippet tone that it was the patients responsibility. I understand this might be their process and that’s fine, but for me, it’s really important that the office I’m going be dealing with at all the important stages of my life be really compassionate and go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Chirico helped me through a miscarriage and was so sweet, and helped us get pregnant with our now 16 month old little girl. We did not deliver with her because I didn’t like the Sharp Mary Birch Hospital but Dr. Chirico was great.
